Pros:

This hotel was a complete and total disappointment! Don't waste your money or your time with this location. The first of 3 rooms we were moved to during our stay smelled awful, as if something had died in it. The air-conditioning didn't work, nor did the fridge, only the fan to circulate the horrible smell. We demanded to be moved and the next room which smelled better, the fridge worked but the air-conditioning and the tv didn't.
We forced a change when we killed 2 cockroaches in the same night. The next room was great, everything worked for 2 days and was back to being broken. The manager was rude and unhelpful I guess cuz we had prepaid our stay.
If you are thinking of booking this place STAY AWAY! Don't waste you time, money and spoil your vacation.

Bonjour,
Malheureusement kingsby home & hôtel n’on pas reçue mon réservation donc ils m’ont refusé accès.
C’est la raison pourquoi j’ai fait une nouvelle réservation a Deegold.
