The room was dirty the bath tube had been patched. They tried to repaint it and paint was coming off in your shower

Crack in the tub, water damage through bathroom and floor. Roaches in the bathroom. Floors dirty. Not very clean. Hairs in the tub, black on side of shower wall. Hairs on the towels
