I had a very early flight, no time for breakfast. I did appreciate coffee in the lobby to get started for the day. Shuttle driver was friendly.

Cons:

when I arrived for my reservation, I was told that my king size bed, which I had reserved, was not available. After mildly and politely complaining, a king bed was found for me. What I also found quite annoying was that the tv guide was outdated

The bed was excellent. Airport transfers are plus.

欠点なし。また利用したいホテル。
Pros:

シャトルバスが朝4時から30分おきに運行。12分で空港に到着。バスの運転手さんがとても感じが良かったのて、チップを弾みました。
シャトルバスの予約も、きちんと管理してくれていて、朝起きたら予約がなかったということもなさそう。

Breakfast was worse than what is typically received at hotels with free breakfast… and it was $16. I expected better quality At minimum or the ability to order from a menu at that price. Definitely an improvement opportunity.
