no me aloje ya que el personal masculino de atención a clientes y reservas es muy grosero y no tiene nada de profesionalismo, no se por qué esta en ese puesto, me corto la primera llamada , no me dejo explicarle de mi reserva , estaba en espera de la confirmación, solo se limito a responder que el número que yo le daba no era correcto y me colgó 2 veces , el tipo no tiene nada de paciencia ni forma de tratar a los clientes por teléfono , después volví a llamar con otro número de teléfono y sin saber que trataba conmigo se portó igualmente muy grosero y cortante en ese momento le dije que era jun grosero e incompetente sin profesionalismo y que iria yo personalmente en el día a reportarlo

La ubicación.

Cons:

Rentamos 2 cuartos. El trato con el personal no fue muy bueno, no nos proporcionaron los controles de la tv, rollo y jabón, no había shampu. Nos bañamos con agua fria y cuando solicitamos mejor servicio dijeron que no habíamos pagado.

Tuvimos problemas con el agua de las regaderas, en algunos cuartos caía muy muy muy poca agua y en otros casi no salía caliente.
También hay zonas con la pintura muy desgastada.

L’emplacement éloigné du centre au bord d’une sorte d’autoroute très passante et bruyante. La literie pas confortable. La douche difficile à régler. Le miroir minuscule dans la salle de bain. Bruyant. Pas de fenêtre sur l’extérieur (juste une fenêtre opaque donnant sur un couloir).

La habitación muy pequeña para 3 personas, las camas muy incómodas, se sentían los resortes y lastimaban el cuerpo, habían hormigas, el baño muy estrecho por el mueble de fierro que tenía, nos golpea vamos con el mueble, una persona con sobrepeso muy difícil pasar hacia el excusado. No me gustó nada.
