My stay at Hotel Santa Lucia in Naples was truly exceptional. The hotel combines classic elegance with the warm hospitality that makes Naples so special. The location is perfect, right on the beautiful waterfront, with breathtaking views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.

The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of charm and modern comfort. Every member of the staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile and wonderful recommendations for the city.

Breakfast each morning was excellent, with fresh local products and a lovely atmosphere overlooking the sea. The entire experience felt relaxing, refined, and authentically Neapolitan.

I highly recommend Hotel Santa Lucia to anyone visiting Naples. It is a perfect place to enjoy the beauty, culture, and elegance of this incredible city. I look forward to returning soon.

We stayed one night at the Grand Hotel Santa Lucia and were pleasantly surprised by how nice, clean, and spacious the room was. It had a beautiful view overlooking the port and a lovely small balcony that was perfect for morning coffee. The bathroom was modern and spotless, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.The hotel is located in the newer part of Naples (New Napoli), where the streets are wider and lined with countless bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. We also really appreciated that you can walk to the main shopping areas or the historic Old Napoli in about 30 minutes.The only downside was some street noise at night from the lively area below. Light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent value, great views, and a fantastic location. Would definitely return!

Unfortunately there was a 2 day taxi driver strike during our visit and hotel is not close to metro station, about a 20-30 minute walk away. However plenty of nearby restaurants to enjoy. Room was large with excellent water pressure in shower. Bed was very comfy. Overall a nice hotel on the bay. We enjoyed our stay otherwise...

The hotel is perfectly located - in the historical center of the city, right in from of Castle dell’Ovo. The exterior and interior are very nice. The staff is friendly and ready to help.

After taking an overnight flight from the US, we arrived at the hotel at approximately 10 am. Check-in was a breeze and we were delighted to hear that our room was ready. The bellhop collected our luggage, showed us to our room and gave a brief "tour", pointing out complementary waters and pastries, switches to work the automatic shades, etc. We were able to make it downstairs for breakfast before it ended at 11. It was a delicious spread and the coffee was some of the best I have ever had. The location was perfect with the water views and many nice restaurants within walking distance. I felt very safe, especially compared to other parts of the city. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at The Grand Hotel Santa Lucia.
