Great place to stay, won’t be swimming there again.
Pros:

I love how close it is to the venue we went to

Cons:

The hot tub was so chlorinated that it left chemical burns all over my legs. Everyone in my group also has chemical burns from the hot tub. :(

Pros:

Have stayed here many times. The hotel is always consistent. Staff is friendly, hot tub decent, sauna great. Some older rooms, some newer rooms. It has always been clean and comfortable.

Very nice stay while attending sport show at MSP convention center
Pros:

First time staying at a hotel and was very satisfied. We were attending an event at MSP Convention Center. It was at a convenient location, and the hotel provided a shuttle to the convention center. The staff was very helpful. Room clean and spacious. We had a two-room suite with a king bed. Very clean. Paid for parking at the hotel in a surface lot that I prefer to parking in ramps. We ate supper in on-stie restaurant. The waiter told us of options that were not on the menu. That was great, seeing that we wanted something light, and he recommended splitting a turkey club sandwich. It was plenty and even had leftovers. I would definitely recommend and stay there again if in downtown MSP.

There is a bed bug in my room, although the staff did take all my stuff and put it in a dryer and moved me to a new room. I really never got an apology and I spent the rest of my 3 days looking to make sure there was no bed bugs in my new
