It was an alright hotel, however the services left little desire to come back
Pros:

The location was great for being in the downtown area and it was close to restaurants. The room was spacious and clean which was great for three people without it feeling crowded. Most of the staff were kind and helpful. The kids love the free cookies that were provided at night, however they had to be there before the schedule time since they ran out very fast. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was great, breakfast was a different story. Waiter was attentive and helpful even though it was busy and food was great.

Cons:

The shuttle service was not so great, first they didn't have a list of locations that they went to so you had to ask and they sometimes didn't state all locations. When asking about the availability of the shuttle service, I was told as long as they had enough staff it would be available. However, multiple times I asked and they said either the staff was on break or it wasn't running. The one time I requested a pick up, I waited 40 mins to be picked up and even when I reach out multiple times for an ETA was met with they are on their way, I was only about a 5 min drive from the hotel. Also the laundry that guest could use required coins to work however their coin machine was not working so could not use it. I went to the restaurant to breakfast one morning and I would not return. I waited 30 mins to see a waiter and he kept forgetting my order, the place was not busy, most of the customers were already eating or finishing up.

Pros:

Great location for downtown events with on-site parking (extra $$). Great pool area with hot tub, ping pong and lots of seating. Appreciated the filtered water near the ice machine and the coffee machine in the lobby.

Cons:

Only real complaint was lack of hotv water and water pressure in the morning. It was fine at other, less busy, times of day.

Great staff, close to Target Field.
Pros:

Friendly staff, milk and cookies at 10pm, pool open til 11.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t cleaned, but after a stop at the front desk they quickly got us a different room that was cleaned.

Would come back because the location was convient to the event we were staying for.
Pros:

The staff were very patient with it being a busy check in day due to the event that night. We weren't sure if there was breakfast provided but there is a restaurant attached so we went in there for breakfast. Our meal was excellent and the waiter we had was very funny. That helped the experience for us.

Cons:

Our room was on the 3rd floor and the pool is in the middle of the hotel. Instead of looking out to the street or parking lot it was the pool. When we first walked into our room it smelt of chlorine. It wasn't terrible but not something you want to be smelling if you're hoping to sleep in the room. When we left our room the AC was on and when we came back after our event in the city our room was at 76 degrees because the heat kicked on vs the 68 we had it set to when we left. That made it uncomfortable falling asleep.

In town for a concert and property was comfortable and located in an awesome place!
