Insgesamt super Hotel, dass aber auch schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist und daher den Preis pro Nacht nicht mehr

Enttäuschend, zu teuer, unfreundlich.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und ruhig und hatte einen schönen Ausblick. Das Hotel liegt gut zwischen Bahnhof und Stadt und ist auch mit ÖPNV gut angebunden. Nahe Touristeninfo und Holstentor. Das Frühstück war wirklich ausgesprochen gut, es gab sogar regionale Marmelade und drei Sorten Fisch.

Cons:

Das Hotel erinnert an ein Konferenzzentrum, die Gänge an eine Ostseefähre. Maximal unglücklicher Empfang. Man behauptete, wir hätten nicht gebucht und uns wohl im Hotel geirrt, selbst als wir eine Buchungsbestätigung vorzeigten. Man hat sich nicht entschuldigt. Das Hotel erreicht man über einen Parkplatz, sehr unkomfortabel für Fußgänger. Durch Seitentüren kann jeder bis spät nachts unbeobachtet ins Hotel und in die Aufzüge. Für alleinreisende Frauen ist so was ein Grund, nicht wiederzukommen. Die Sauna erreicht man nur per Aufzug, sie liegt abseits und offenbar nicht anders zugänglich. Als Frau alleine hätte ich Angst gehabt. Eiskaltes Wasser im Minipool. Unfassbares Chaos und Enge beim Frühstück. Tische wurden gereinigt, indem alle Krümel einfach auf den Teppich gefegt wurden. Standardmäßig. Keine Schränke oder Schubladen im Zimmer, alles offen. Schiebetür zum Bad, das geht echt gar nicht. Für ein Fünf- Sterne- Haus reicht das alles nicht. Viel ungeschultes Personal. Alles in allem ein wirklich negatives Hotelerlebnis, wir würden definitiv nicht noch mal kommen.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Hotel liegt zentral bei der Altstadt. Frühstück hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden.
