gute und ruhige Lage, für ein Wochenendtrip sehr gut
Pros:

Die Citynahe Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten zu Fuss in die Stadt gehen.
Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz für 8 Euro. Ein Mitarbeiter vom Hotel hat uns das Auto geparkt, da aktuell kein Platz frei war.

Cons:

Leider waren an der Bar abends zuwenig Mitarbeiter eingeteilt. Wenn das Hotel so gut wie ausgebucht ist und ein Konzert nebenan stattfindet, ist es sehr wahrscheinlich, dass viele Gäste gleichzeitig in die Bar kommen.
Dies gab ein totales Chaos und das Hotel hätte wesentlich mehr Geld einnehmen können, wenn genug Personal vorhanden gewesen wäre. Schade.

Gut gelegenes Hotel mit freundlichem Service - Sauberkeit der Zimmer leider mittelmäßig.
Pros:

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel im Herzen von Lübeck.
Personal und Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Frühstücksbüffet sehr reichhaltig und lecker.

Cons:

Zimmer leider nicht sehr gut gereinigt. Hinter dem Fenstervorhang lag noch Unterwäsche. 😬 Stuhl im Zimmer instabil. Das hinterlässt eine Irritation bei einem eigentlich sehr schönem Hotel.

Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel an toller Lage, aber Zimmer und Preis- Leistungsverhältnis unbefriedigend
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war Top. Die Innenausstattung der Hotel- Lobby modern und neuwertig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls Top. Grosse Auswahl, frisch und toll präsentiert. Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls sehr gut aber viel zu teuer. Freundliche Bedienung im Restaurant und Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Das Zimmer. Teppichboden im Zimmer. Ganz schmale und kurze Betten. Absolut unbequem. Bad mit Schiebetür ( ohne Worte). Preise der MiniBar, der Hotelbar und des Restaurants völlig überzogen. Bei Anreise wird der Gesamtbetrag via Kreditkarte geblockt.

Har bott på detta hotell flertalet gånger då det är prisvärt och fräscht. Ett extra plus för god frukost :-)
Sköna sängar och tysta rum borgar för en god natts sömn.

Supertolle Lage - Personal am Empfang supernett

Cons:

Zimmer etwas zu klein. Nicht genug Steckdosen. Beim Frühstück wurde zwischendurch nur sehr selten mal abgeräumt.
