Séjour agréable pour un rapport qualité prix intéressant.
Pros:

Emplacement, à 3 mn à pieds de la place du Capitole. Possibilité de se garer devant l'hôtel pour décharger les bagages Parking public St Georges à proximité avec un tarif raisonnable. Joli hall d'accueil avec bar cosy. Personnel à l'écoute et agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix de qualité Chambre avec grand lit et chaleureuse.

Le petit déjeuner vraiment top
La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel surtout le personnel œuvrant au petit déjeuner

Cons:

J’ai demandé de régler le tv dont certains étaient en langue anglaise la personne de maintenance n’a rien fait prétextant que certains clients étaient anglais mais en fait ce n’est pas mon problème
Il aurait pu venir vérifier j’ai demandé à une personne extérieure qui m a expliqué ce qu’il fallait faire
C’est dommage pour un hôtel mercure de ne pas assurer

the room was very spacious and very suitable for a family of 4 I especially liked the 2 bedrooms and little kitchenette. the bathrobe and slippers were a lovely touch!

La literie, le billard libre service, les cocktails du mixologue, l’espace dans la chambre, les diffuseurs

Cons:

La réflexion d’une barista qui montre sa déception sue nos choix de cocktails classique plutôt que créatif…compréhensible mais on s’en serait passé ! sinon tous le personnel est adorable !

Pros:

La ubicación es ideal, muy centrico. Comercio y buenos restaurantes cerca.
El desayuno es excelente. El personal muy amable

Cons:

El parking. Aunque está al lado del hotel, es publico, no vigilado y de facil acceso. En las escaleras habia orin, restos de jeringuillas y algunos chicos enfermos. Cuando hacemos ruta en coche no sacamos el equipaje y eso me preocupó..
Creo que me costaría repetir hotel por el parking.
La habitación era bonita pero pequeña. Las almohadas muy incomodas (para mi)

Una noche en Toulouse.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones. El hotel es muy bonito, cómodo y silencioso. Llegué a las 7 am y, dado que había disponibilidad, me dieron acceso inmediato a la habitación. Cerca hay lugares para cenar y tomar algo; enfrente hay un súpermercado.

Cons:

El desayuno del hotel es un poco caro, por lo que debes aprovecharlo bien para que valga la pena.

Tout nous a été agréable pendant ce séjour : le personnel, la chambre confortable et propre, le petit déjeuner, les cocktails du bar, l’espace jeu pour enfant, le billard, le room service, les explications claires du personnel, la proximité du parking et ses tarifs préférentiels… tout !
