Location was ok
The room was small and no carpet
Embassy Suites New Orleans greeting at the front desk by the most professional and accommodating team Kiama and Marvin the front desk manager. They were very helpful with our stay.
This weekend at this Hotel had a lot of challenges however, I would like to acknowledge the Marvin one of the Managers he was absolutely amazing. He assisted us with professionalism, patients, and kindness.
The Hilton corporation should command and acknowledge Marvin for his excellence in customer service.
This hotel needs a major overhaul. Was there for a convention and the rooms did not have air. It was 78 degrees in the rooms. The manager D’Corian needs more training. The manager Marvin lied saying that he would give me some Hilton points and have not. I emailed the general manager Christopher never responded to my email with any resolutions. This was the WORST Hilton hotel stay and hotel stay of my life. The only good thing snot this hotel was the convenient walk to the convention center.
The atmosphere is lovely. The breakfast omelets are on point.
There was an issue with the air-conditioning when I went, but it was temporary and the staff passed out Happy Hour vouchers for the inconvenience.
Great area and a wonderful stay
Thank you staff member Jairus, for your customer service. Stayed with a smilenon his and represented well.
I stayed at this hotel for a convention and the air conditioner is broken and it is 84 degrees in my room. The a/c is broken in many rooms in this hotel and they are doing nothing about it. The worst part is that, after talking to another guest who was downstairs complaining about the a/c, is that I found out it has been broken for more than a day. The fact they let us even check in is unacceptable.
They should have started advising people yesterday about the issue and offering rooms at another nearby hotel.
The diamond desk can’t get in touch with the hotel.
To top it all off I tried to take a shower and the hot water doesn’t work properly.
Stay far, far away from this hotel.
The view was nice
The ac was horrible
stayed here while attending a convention, and the location just a couple of blocks from the convention center was very convenient. The lobby is beautiful, and every staff member I encountered was genuinely friendly and welcoming.
My 7th-floor room had a nice balcony overlooking the city and convention center. While the room was clean and comfortable, it is definitely showing its age and feels overdue for a refresh.
One thing to keep in mind is that some rooms are a very long walk from the hotel entrance, so it may not be the best choice for guests with limited mobility.
Breakfast was hot and fresh with the usual Embassy Suites selection. The pool was small and crowded.
Overall, my stay was comfortable enough that I would recommend this hotel to others.
I stayed at Embassy suite in New Orleans. There was problems with the room sink in the bathroom wasn’t working air-conditioning went out and the room smell like moldthey weren’t able to change my room because the hotel was full to the capacity. The manager Marvin was a great help the hotel needs to be updated
The Embassy Suites had a number of issues from the shower not working properly, the bathtub not draining the water and the air conditioner not always working. I was able to work with the manager Mr. Marvin Harrison. Mr Harrison was a true pleasure to work with and address all of my issues. He promised he would fix each of my issues and he did! It is employees like Mr. Harrison that make me want to return to the Embassy Suites. The Hilton chain needs more dedicated employees like Mr. Harrison.
The staff was great.
There were pest and roaches
I want to brag about Marvin and Taylor at the front desk. Firstly, they have smiles that can brighten up the room. They are so customer oriented and truly made this trip for me very amazing. They aim to please. These two go above and beyond for their guest and it does not go unnoticed.
The room was ready upon arrival and breakfast was hot and ready each morning, and the location was perfect for our event.

Check in was short and sweet. Our room was clean and the location was perfect for our event!

Old building. Ac wasnt working the first night . Water in the bathroom was draining very slow. The room wasnt too clean, saw some roaches in the lobby and water leaking from the roof in the lobby and mold
Please do not stay there. Have me on hold for over an hour. Conditions are deplorable and you cannot reach the manager. Over booked rooms and our students are walking into rooms where people are already staying. Water coming up from the condensers and they never cleaned the rooms. We have spent almost 15,000 here and it’s a mess. Do not stay here ever. I emailed the GM for the district and hotel with no response. Do not come here.
We had to change rooms 3 times in 24 hours because the air wasn’t working in any room we were sent to. Our room never got cooler than 81 degrees
We had a great experience at Embassy Suites. The room was nice and spacious and had great A/C. Breakfast was good. Reine was very helpful with things to do in New Orleans, suggesting the Hop on and Off bus tour. The hotel is in a great location with quick access to the convention center and French Quarter. There was a great atmosphere in and around the Hotel. Our room and common areas were clean except for the condensation from the A/C vents in the lobby areas. Overall we had a great stay. We would recommend as a place to stay.
