It’s history from being a beer factory to what it is today.
Accommodations are somewhat dated.
I loved the staff they were very helpful and inviting . The room Is a little outdated , and the ac is very loud never for a restful night because it kept coming on and off and would love to have more towels in the room . Valet was great and quick
Ac was too loud and eradicate about coming on and off
Check in went well, and staff was very welcoming. Every time we returned to the building we were greeted by staff.
My room smelled of smoke, not very inviting. The breakfast omelet line was to long with only one person working to make omelet. Balcony was accessible however there were no chairs.
Mr Marvin was an excellent manager. He was very knowledgeable and kind . He has a great personality.
We enjoyed their continentaql breakfast, expecially the made to order onlets
Great breakfast, great staff, well equiped rooms with plenty of space.
The breakfast was great
Happy hour need be little more long
I liked the unique style of the interior of the hotel, I enjoyed the set up of the rooms, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. 10/10 on the service. Breakfast was fantastic as well! Can’t beat cooked to order omelets!
No complaints! Will be staying there in the future when I come back to New Orleans!
Marion the manger is the absolute best. He made my family was well taken care of from the moment we walked into the building.

Small sit area on the balcony.. to enjoy the NOLA Night lights
I wanted to take the time to write a review and mention how thankful my family and I were to have been helped by Aaron at the front desk. We stayed here for a weekend and had the pleasure of meeting Aaron. This was our first time in New Orleans and my family (parents and grandparents) can be a handful at times and even had an abundance of questions or requests that they asked him. But as extreme as my family can be, Aaron was nice and happy to help 100% of the time. Thank you Aaron for making my family’s stay perfect.
Friendly staff ,proximity to the Aquarium and other sites.
My room was not as it was shown on my booking at all. For $330 a night I was very disappointed. My room was not ready when it was guaranteed to be and they put me in another room which was on “the premium floor” as I was supposed to be but looked exactly like a regular room that my son and his wife had gotten. Definitely mot worth why I paid for.
Good location
Employees were rude and I wasn’t given the price as quoted before arrival
This hotel is centrally located, yet far enough away from Bourbon Street that its quiet at night. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the valet that is understaffed and you have to wait a bit for your car - but the guys running the valet are really nice and try their best.
Wonderful staff and clean rooms. Mathew and Aaron were very accommodating with our bags on the day I left town. Highly recommend.
