The property was spotless, which was a huge plus for my wife, who is a germophobe. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, close to major stores, theaters, and the highway. The coffee shop had excellent coffee, and the lounge seating area was incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, and I believe they truly care about their customers. This is my fourth time staying here, and I plan on returning frequently.

There was no breakfast and no coffee ! Also there was a man in the dining room when my husband went to the dining room and was asked if he was staying at the hotel ! But he never introduced himself to my husband, who was he ?

It was great in every way

Cons:

The bed was really hard and my whole body ached with pain. I don't ever remember staying in a hotel with such a hard bed. My sister and I shared the same bed and she commented on how hard it was. But all in all we were quite satisfied.
