Staff was very rude upon arrival, I had an event to attend and asked for an early check-in three days prior to my arriva

Location of the property to the ithink amphitheater was great since my trip was based on a concert there

Cons:

Staff was rude. Not a clean hotel stains on the floor in the main lobby. Disgusting smells in the elevators. Mold in the showers and stains on the sheets.

I love the room it was big nice and clean

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that our room was canceled for Thursday we travel 12 hours and thought that when we got there we could check in and go to the room and relax but instead we have to wait until Friday evening after a long 12 hours ride to check in I was very disappointed because it said pay at property

THE STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I EXPECTED. THE FOOD WAS GREAT. BEST CHEESEBURGERS I EVER HAD IN MY 64 YEARS ON EARTH. THE STEAK WAS TO DIE FOR. I ENJOY MY 11 DAY STAY..I'LL BE BACK.
