Clean,big rooms,helpful employees,next to the airport.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites and almost rated it 5 starts. However I recently checked my credit card and saw that I was overbilled on a purchase there; which is weird, dishonest and disappointing. The only purchase I made at the hotel was a dinner of fish tacos and buffalo wings at the bar since the restaurant had closed on Sunday 17th May. The bill totaled 38usd and probably some cents and I chose 20%tip (which would make the bill 50usd for the very most). I was recently notified by my bank 3 days later that almost $100usd (in my currency it could be $97usd- $100usd) was charged from my credit card. I have never experienced this level of dishonesty at a hotel before so I am shocked.

​I booked a 2-night pre-cruise stay here for myself, my 22-year-old son, and my 6-year-old daughter. This was our first vacation in two years, and this Embassy Suites turned it into an absolute nightmare.
​1. Health Code Violations at Breakfast: We went to the complimentary breakfast buffet and actually began eating before we realized there were literal flies crawling directly on the food. When I brought this serious health hazard to the manager on duty, Daniel, and asked what happens if guests get sick, his exact words to me were, "If they get sick." Absolute negligence. Because of this, I am forced to spend out of pocket to feed my kids when breakfast was supposed to be included.
​2. Bait and Switch Amenities: I booked this specific hotel for the hot tub. Upon arrival, it was taped off for resurfacing. When I brought this up, Daniel actually admitted to me that they resurface it every year and intentionally "don't let people know." On top of that, the advertised free Wi-Fi is so incredibly weak it is completely non-functional, meaning my 6-year-old couldn't even use her tablet while we were trapped inside during a rainstorm.
​3. Pathetic Housekeeping: Our room (1313) wasn't even properly prepped. We had no trash can and the shower conditioner dispenser was empty. When I asked a housekeeper for conditioner, she handed me a random bottle of body wash and expected me to install it onto the shower wall clip myself.
​4. Hostile and Useless Management: When I politely confronted Manager Daniel about these failures, he was incredibly condescending. He asked me if "I knew what a bait and switch was" and suggested my family pack up and find a new hotel in the pouring rain. He promised to send actual conditioner to our room and never did. He promised to review the email I sent documenting these issues and never did. He made absolutely zero effort to make anything right. He is a sorry excuse for management.
​Do not stay here. The management, specifically Daniel, is entirely comfortable deceiving guests, serving contaminated food, and treating you with complete disrespect. Save your money and book anywhere else.

La atención, llegamos de madrugada con niños y todo fue rápido para poder instalarnos.

We stayed one night as a family and had a very comfortable stay. The suite was spacious and clean, the pool and hot tub were great, and the evening reception plus breakfast added a lot of value. Free parking was appreciated. Only negative was the overpriced snack shop. Would definitely stay again.

We liked our short stay there. The room was spacious. The breakfast was fantastic! Definitely will come back to stay for longer!

Everyone is helpful, especially the front desk staff. Jessie is great!!!!
