Loin des standards d'un 4 étoiles !
Pros:

Emplacement.

Cons:

- Manque de modernité de notre chambre familiale : agencement peu pratique, rideaux occultants troués, crépis vieillissant, moquette ancienne, manque de patères et de rangements pour une famille.

- Piscine : seulement 6 transats pour tout l'hôtel, barrière de sécurité à rénover, échelle dangereuse (risque de pincement), liner visiblement très ancien.

- Fitness : salle minuscule (3 personnes max), peu d'haltères, machines ancienne génération de mauvaise qualité (tapis de course très bruyant, vélo long à démarrer, machines multi-exercices peu ergonomique).

Another great Novotel - excellent value for money
Pros:

We are a family of four from Denmark travelling through France on a four-week road trip. We stayed at Novotel Toulouse for one night and once again came away impressed by Novotel.

Our room was comfortable and pleasantly cool despite the summer heat. My husband found the bed a little too soft, while I slept exceptionally well.

The pool area was the highlight of our stay. There weren’t many sunbeds, but there also weren’t many guests, so we had the pool almost entirely to ourselves. It felt like a little luxury, and our children had a wonderful afternoon and evening swimming. Pool towels were available from reception, which was another thoughtful touch.

Breakfast exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of choices. When we arrived at 9:10 a.m., there was some confusion about when the buffet closed. We were initially told to hurry because breakfast ended at 9:30, but this was later corrected to 10:00, so there was no need to rush after all. Unfortunately, several items were not refilled, including both juice dispensers, which remained empty.

The staff were friendly throughout our stay, everything was spotless, and the coffee deserves a special mention 👍🏼 At check-in, each of our children received a small keyring as a welcome gift. It was a simple gesture, but one they really appreciated.

Parking was free and located right outside the hotel, making arrival and departure effortless.

This was the second Novotel we stayed at during our road trip through France, and once again we felt that Novotel offers outstanding value for money. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to other families.

Great Hotel
Pros:

The Novotel Purpan is just off the ring road around Toulouse. There is no noise from the highway. It is a 10 minutes drive north to the Blagnac airport and not far from other areas. Although we didn’t use it there is an airport shuttle.
The hotel has an outdoor pool and lots of very comfortable seating under trees. Unfortunately for us there was a heatwave but even inside there are nice areas in the public spaces for relaxing. That said our room had a sofa and table that made the room feel like a mini suite. The rooms have recently been renovated in tranquil colors which makes for a very pleasant ambiance. The only drawback for us was no coffee maker.
The bathroom products are top class from Rituals. So no cheap scented shower gel.
The bar and restaurant are very good and well priced. I was quite surprised with one reviewer’s criticism of breakfast as we found much nicer than most hotels in the area. There are not only the regular breads, rolls, croissants, ham and cheeses but scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon and sausage that were freshly cooked and good. You could also have boiled eggs. But the fruit was the best part: All fresh : bananas, apricots, peaches, cherries (so delicious right now) cut up: oranges, pineapple and strawberries. There were 4 flavors of yogurt include a vegan one!
The staff here are extremely friendly while being efficient. Lots of parking available with 2 electric charging bays.
I think not only good value for money but a place to come back to.

Pros:

Le parking est pratique.

Cons:

Hôtel vieillissant, je ne comprend pas la notation pour que ce dernier bénéficie de 4*… 2* serait plus juste.
A 15h notre chambre n’était pas prête pourtant l’arrivée est possible dès 14h. Nous enregistrer dans une autre chambre a semblé être une épreuve logistique.
