TVの画面が部屋の広さの割に小さい。
The location was excellent, we got a room igh up - they gave us the 28th floor - and the view was amazing. All facilities and breakfast excellent. Staff very helpful.
Having an iron in the room would have been good, and more general plastic recycling.

특히 Executive Room를 이용했는데 조식아 VIP Lounge TOP층애서 먹는데, View 친절 만족도 끝장입니다.
Wat een luxe uitstraling heeft dit hotel. De kamer was lekker groot met twee goede bedden. Ook was het lekker rustig en kon ik zonder geluidsoverlast prima slapen.
Geen gratis water op de kamer. Ik heb het ontbijt en diner buffet geprobeerd. Beide zijn in mijn mening veel te duur voor wat je krijgt.
Er staat één stoel in de kamer. Deze was zo verouderd dat je gewoon de vier houtjes van de stoel kon voelen.
The Rhiga is in a very good location to see pretty much everything in Hiroshima, and close to streetcar stops to the station one way and Miyajima the other way.
The hotel is very comfortable and breakfast was good and reasonable value. There was a little shop in the lobby open until midnight which was convenient
The property is quite dated and this shows in the rooms, particularly the bathrooms. The buffet dinner in the ground floor restaurant was not great. It feels very much a conference and business hotel with a huge and rather impersonal lobby
Very good location and the check-in staff and back of house staff were delightful.
The F&B outlets closed early and the staff in the F&B and Gym were very off-hand, unwelcoming and rude in general. Language barrier or not, there is a way to greet people and deal with them.
