Stunning, old style grand hotel!
Pros:

Location & view is amazing! This is grand hotel which was a bit of a splurge for us at the end of our family holiday. Walking distance to all attractions. Rooms are very large for Japan, so comfortable with all the extras robes, slippers, toiletries supplied. I will be back, loved this hotel.

Cons:

Bfast was a little expensive, but delicious! The male staff member on arrival at bfast was not the most welcoming, which is so unusual for Japan. You had to pay for gym facilities.

Pros:

Beautiful, very comfortable hotel in the heart of Hiroshima. Very close to Hiroshima castle and the peace memorial area. Wonderful views of the city. Several restaurants within the hotel and also seated on top of a train station making for easy transit from the Shinkansen station.

エレベーターが、混み合うと中々乗れない
チェックイン　チェックアウトが混み合う
セルフチェックインや　アーリーチェックインなど対策すれば良いと思う
1階のレストランのビュッフェは、過去1 酷かった
値段高い上に　内容が酷くてお酒飲まない方は、
おすすめ出来ない

Good location, and decent size room

Cons:

Quite dated hotel, looks like it hasn’t been updated since late 80ties, breakfast could probably be better organised, we had to queue each time to get a table and the western options were quite limited and basic

Molto vecchio come hotel. Il personale lento da morire, non siamo riusciti a fare colazione perché non sono in grado di gestire la numerosità delle persone al buffet nonostante sia un hotel di oltre 20 piani. Per quello che costa onestamente non ne vale la pena.
