Un hotel muy bien ubicado, con excelentes restaurantes y habitaciones con una vista espectacular

La ubicación es muy buena. Mi habitación en el piso 22 tenía una vista espectacular y todas las comodidades necesarias para una estadía

最高の旅だった。
Pros:

テレビを寝ながら見ようとして動かしたところ、配線に不具合が生じてテレビが映らなくなった。フロントに電話したところ、すぐに女性が見に来てくれて、その後、技術者が修理に来てくれた。技術者が修理中もその女性も最後まで立ち会って対応してくれた。女性も技術者も親切で大変、良かった。

Corner room castle view
Pros:

The staff were so so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The view in our room was incredible - corner room overlooking the castle and city. The laundry room was an absolute oasis with comfy chairs, vending machines and fun gachapon machines to pass the time. There was also a line to hang our washing in the bathroom and enough clothes hangers to support this too. The location was great - a leisurely walk to all the major tourist sites (including the start point for the lovely ferry cruise to Miyajima island), public transport and great food.

Cons:

While they had great amenities and functionality, the room and bathroom are a bit dated and there was a stain on our carpet by the bedside table. The carpet is also getting a bit older. It's a shame the tv in the room wasnt a smart tv for those quiet evenings in.
