文句なしの高級ホテルです。非常に日本的で細やかなサービス、雄大な景色、美味しくゆったりとした朝食、寝心地のよい寝具、豪華で美しい内装、しっかりとした清掃、日本の高級ホテルとしての第一線だと思います。

Cons:

チェックインのフロントで、並んでいたにも関わらず、並ばずに横から来た客のチェックインを先に始めてしまうスタッフがいました。また、男性スタッフに笑顔がなく、歓迎感はありませんでした。チェックインのフロントは改善が必要と感じました。

Wish we had been able to stay longer !!
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were greeted warmly on arrival and had no issues, despite a mixup with guest numbers (likely my fault when I had to change the original booking dates)
The room was excellent with incredible views. We sat up late just watching the lights of the city come on.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like !
