Pros:

The location to the beach and other things we wanted to do was excellent. The staff was very helpful and so courteous and friendly. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices.

Location was great and breakfast was good.

Cons:

Pool area wasn't clean, trash piled up.Outdoor patio furniture needs to be updated. Broken umbrella and chairs. Stairway was piled up on the first floor with replacent flooring and trash thrown in bags sitting for hours. One of our beds was broke, they did fix but bed was very squeaky. Rooms are run down needs new decor. Furniture piling. Would not stay here again. Very disappointed. Glad we only stayed 2 nights.

Enjoyable due to the location, not worth the money though compared to a condo on Vrbo and other sites.
Pros:

The location is great, nothing else really I can pin point as knocking my socks off.

Cons:

The property online is not an accurate representation of what the actual conditions are. The room was very damaged, hardly any noise insulation (had to sleep with earplugs in), windows not secure (we were on the first floor and when we got back from dinner, as a joke, I went to open the window from the OUTSIDE and it opened no problem), and overall not up to standard. Especially for the price. This is my first review on here and didn’t know you could add photos. I took none of the room. Sorry!!

Was definitely my worst orange beach trip I’ve ever had. I won’t be back again.

The beach was the best part

Cons:

Pool pictured is tiny and dirty full of sand & not well kept. The parking lot is very small, the elevators constantly stopped with us inside it & quit working. Found hairs in our bed & in our shower. Floors were sandy. Shower drain was broken. Our ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Had to go to the 6th floor to get Ice along with the 10 minute elevator ride… not worth the $300 a night I spent… extremely disappointed.
