Classy, NOT snobby.
Pros:

Classy, not snobby. We’ve stayed here several times, and every time I see the same thing; from the staff to the guests, classy people. The type that understand that if you want nice things, you need to respect that someone had to earn that nice thing.
I know that sounds like rich people talk. But rich people stay at the Hilton. And I hate the Hilton. Everyone there is so snobby and rude. Staff, guests, the whole lot.
Royal Sonesta and the wood and paddle restaurant: truly classy. A joy to stay here every time.
Location is ideal and parking, while tight, is plentiful.

Overall it was nice, but the sirens on a Friday night in Minneapolis were very annoying.
Pros:

Room layout was great, it’s a very clean hotel with friendly staff. Beds were comfortable.

Shower flow is quite weak.
