Pros:

My partner and I had a lovely stay, conveniently located and affordable. Cocktails at the bar were delicious. Ronald at the front desk was incredibly helpful throughout our stay

Location!! Pretty, inviting, bright.

Cons:

Fridge froze food we put in it. No vents in bathroom. Room was a little small.

Good for location- Don’t expect much more.
Pros:

Location was great we could walk to both the Football and Basketball stadiums- good food choices nearby.

Cons:

Staff not overly helpful- room not cleaned or replenished without having to call everyday- even though we said we would like the service to be provided daily. Service in bar area very slow- staff too engaged in chatting- and hours short

Couldn't get the staff to do anything. Asked for more linens, nothing. Asked for toilet paper, nothing. Jacked the price up 3x the original price because of the bears game just to get mediocre service.
