Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, close to all great spots in Minneapolis
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Great location. Walking distance to Target Center, Target Field and all the great shops and restaurants in the area. Very comfortable bed!

Pros:

Royal Sonesta was top notch to stay for Zan Brown.
2 blocks from Target Center
Room 2 Queen beds are very comfortable,
Clean & the room was spacious.
I will stay here again.
I will make sure to reserve reservations for dinner/appetizers next time ahead of time.

I loved the location on the property and how well mannered the staff was.

Cons:

My room was dirty; sheets had crumbs on them, bathroom counters weren’t wiped off, and outlet shorted and sparked in the bathroom.

Great stay!
Pros:

The location was great for our event at Target Field including being an easy walking distance away. The parking was extremely easy and reasonable for a big city. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and filled with great features. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was very nice overall.

The hotel was in a great location walkable to the Twins Stadium.

A lot of noise could be heard from outside. Not very soundproof. Heard sirens throughout the night. I couldn’t find the thermostat to adjust the room temperature. It looked like the thermostat had been torn off the wall. I didn’t bother calling the front desk for help because it was 2AM.

Clean and nice, but staff and customer experience needs improvement for the price

Clean, nice modern rooms.

Cons:

The staff. The lady who checked us in didn’t even say hello nor look at us even once. We awkwardly stood there whilst she put a key card on the table for us to take.

Same goes for the host at the restaurant.

Same goes for housekeeping. We had to wait hours for our sofa bed to be made (we booked a king suite for THREE guests, so a queen bed and a sofa bed).

We also had to wait 27h for 2 extra coffee pods that we requested for 3 people in a room for 3 nights.
