Bellis Inn

Management was horrible I have a 1 year old,they was a guy walking around with a kitten knife,going up the elevator with his dog he saw us coming,so he missed his way into the elevator, waiting for us to come close and go with him in the next elevator,my husband saw the knife and said can you put that away we have a 1 year old and don’t feel comfortable.He started to get mad and say it as loud as he can I’m not going to kill your fucken baby,so why are you waiting for us to come with you in the elevator. we told him just to go in the elevator and have a good day. He refused to go in the elevator and it tried to attack my husband and intimidate him and follow him around so me and my baby had to go run into the car and hide while he’s dealing with this and I’m on the phone with the cops and the manager is just hiding in a room and he knows what’s going on and we told him and he just ran away and head. there’s a guy who sits there at night shift and he doesn’t wanna do anything for anyone. He’s a bigger guy. He refused to tell the guy with a knife to go upstairs over and over again and then he finally did and then when he did, and my husband went to go check, he was waiting for us on the second floor and still continue to follow my husband in attack him, and he was waiting where their cameras could not see him waiting for us upstairs… there’s a guy named Ty there which the next day he did kick him out, which was helpful for me and my family. One of the maids are too friendly for my liking and try to follow my husband into a room without me knowing just way too friendly. She has a red car big one. The other maids fine and try to keep to themselves. you do have to keep an eye on the front desk a little bit because Ty does like to leave the facility and go to the store or wherever he likes instead of doing his job. if you do stay along period of time, make sure to lock your door knobs on top because the Asian guy does like to come in the room unannounced.

It is right next to a casino and the freeway. The beds were lumpy and squeaky. The water pipes are super loud. There was garbage in our room from the previous occupant.

All was good

It is starting to show its age. Towels were small and thin. Coffee maker in room had not been cleaned before our stay. Furniture tops felt sticky. Coffee machine in breakfast room was inadequate.

I left a stanley personalized cup in the fridge and I call hours after landing from my flight and the staffs were all disappointing lying that they threw the cup away, please as a owner of a rental property myself I always store lost and found even for the first couple of days worse yet they coulnt for an hour or two, not having te respect to call the guest to say hey you left a cup when will you come for it? allow me the option to weigh the worth and decide to have it discarded or donated. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR BE BACK THERE.

Bed was disgusting. Sheets and blankets had stains on them. There was hair in the bedding and on the mattress. Bathroom was full of hair. Headboards and side tables were covered in fingerprints.

The guy who checked us In was the best

The size of the room mentioned on Booking.com was 237 sq ft. However, this is incorrect, it was much smaller. I would estimate the size of the room to be 180 sq ft.
The TV screen was too small, it needs to be 40 inches.

Kinda dicey but did feel fairly safe during daytime; fridge didn’t work but used my leftover ice packs; wash rag from previous person left in shower; sheets not clean so slept on blanket.
