Very outdated hotel
Pros:

The 1990s called and once it’s hotel rooms back. What a dump. I’ve not stayed in a hotel in five years that has not had charging ports in the room. They helpfully informed me that there was a target across the street.

Maria, our bartender, was very attentive and professional, with excellent customer service, and very friendly and helpful. This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel for work, and every time the service has been great.

Business travel solid choice
Pros:

Stay here weekly for business - rooms are comfortable and clean, bar and restaurant service are excellent. Maria and Jeff, the bar staff always provide great service and cocktails. Highly recommend.

Short of hourly motel, absolutely disgusting stains everywhere in the rooms.
Pros:

Good for one night quick business trip. I don’t recommend for families. It’s short of a hourly motel with a brand name attached to it. Walls are thin, rooms are dated, especially the old tower. The newer tower is not much better but the showers have glass doors and towels are just a little less stained and damaged. The sheets are also stained and just don’t look behind the bed, it’s absolutely disgusting. Headboard scratches, stained curtains, and smells of weed.
The owners spent more on the lobby remodel and less on the room maintenance.
