Needs some remodeling look like someone was laying in bed before we got there and tv remote needed replace had trouble working it
We stayed for 4 nights they never cleaned room emptied trash refilled tv or swept floors. It was the worst stay thank God we stayed gone most of time. We had handicap room and the tubs are so slippery we both almost fell.
The room was filthy, black mold on ceiling, falling apart, zero room service for a 5 day stay and when I had to go get coffee, towels, etc, staff was unfriendly and rude.
Hard bed cold food not enough towels
Still frozen eggs the sausage was cold waffle batter was not thick enough was like water had fruit flies in the juice hairdryer near the restroom has a dirty screen on the back
Jasmina was very pleasant.
My stay was fine, since I only stayed 1 night. I appreciate the facility being pet friendly and the parking was fine, the facility was also next to several eateries which was convenient. It however really needs updating examples; 1. Baseboarding was separated from the wall in a few areas, 2. The shower curtains need updating ( in my room) they were tattered and shower rod barely hanging on the wall, 3. I saw what looked to be mold in the ceiling of bathroom, 4. Bed linen needs updating. All in all they stay was still do-able for what I needed and maybe an option should I need a room quickly.
Furniture was broken and the lock on the door was damaged so yeah definitely wouldn't recommend it if you want to be safe
IT needs to be updated. The hotel looks good from the outside but the room needs to be remodeled and. Paint and fixed the walls fixtures need to be up.
Run down place, i wouldnt stay here again.
Room smelled like cigs/dirty showers/holes in walls/dirty linen and blankets
.
We were in 108 forest ms. We lifted the direct tv box and roaches fell out. The bathroom had hair all behind the door wall and floor the sheets on the bed was just remade not replaced the worst stay I ever had and I will tell anyone. I can for a special visit to see my mother from Texas and it was the worse stay I should have just booked the holiday inn. I will never make this mistake again. We had to go by blankets and air freshener and disinfectant spray I already paid for the room and I didn’t have xtra to get another hotel so I had to stay here three nights in this.
Black mold everywhere no working smoke detector
It was wonderful and staff was very welcoming
Food - limited options.bed had cigarette burns
It was a nice cozy quiet room awesome bed soft as cotton but the toilet and shower both was nasty and there was a leak at my door coming from the air conditioner in room 218 the kitchen had gnats flying all over the food oh and let’s not forget the D**** paraphernalia My girlfriend found in the toilet I wish I could get a refund or another 2 more nights for free but it’s cool I didn’t push the issue
Quiet
Floor was sticky, bed uncomfortable
I did nit have any issues and/or concerns.
