Great experience... superb rest.
Pros:

The receptionist was very kind and helpful, the lady that pepared breakfast was very sweet and hard working. Always looking out for us. Breakfast was ready even before 6... great job!

Cons:

The shuttle took way too long to pick us up. Over 45 minutos. And the van was not in the greatest shape.... the shuttle was one of the reasons I stayed with you. I should definitely look into it.

My kid got sick and needed a floor cleaning, no one showed up , we ask for a mob so we can clean it ourselves. No one got back to us.. how we were supposed to clean vomit on the floors.

The shuttle never came to the airport I waited an hour long and every time I call the front desk, the lady tells me the driver is 5 minutes away from the airport! Never showed up

Pros:

Rooms were large, and had a lot of room to walk around in it, and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

The tub needs a mat in it, very slippery, and more bright light inside of the room, I had to iron in the bathroom.
