Non prendete i taxi in aeroporto perché fanno i prezzi che vogliono, a noi ha fatto pagare 44 USD, piuttosto chiamate un Huber con max 25 USD ve la cavate

I always stay here and am always satisfied for the most part.
Pros:

I liked the spacious and clean room, the clean pool and the facilities were clean. I asked for an hour late check out and I appreciated that the front desk allowed me to do so without charging me extra fee. I didn't even tell him that it was because my flight to Alaska was delayed. That was very helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast could be better. Upon arrival, I went to the front desk to check in. I was putting my purse on the counter to retrieve my ID and the gentleman immediately and abruptly said "ID". With a perplexed look on my face, I said "excuse me". He responded in the same manner. I responded: "WOW! So aggressive! How about using our customer service skills and asking" - "May I see your ID? OR better yet, you saw me going into my wallet to get it, so being patient before asking would've been a nice gesture". In his defense, every time I went to the desk to ask something, he was super helpful so he made up for it {towards me}, but while I was using the guest computer, he was the same to others checking in. There were 2 ladies that had the same look on their face as I did, but they didn't speak up and bring it to his attention like I did. This could affect guests from future visits.

Ideal airport stay

Satisfactory 4 day stay
Pros:

The hotel offers an airport shuttle to DFW.
Breakfast offered was sausage and cheese omelet. The omelet several mornings was very soft and broke apart as it was lifted from the serving tray. Various breads were offered and bake your own waffles. Regular and strawberry cream cheese w butter were available for spreads. Coffee maker that offered hot coco and tea was available as well as apple juice, orange juice and milk. The did not have a center light the brightened the whole room. There were 3 local lights that offered low and high light. All three on did not fully light the room. Clean / refresh room service was available upon request, otherwise your room was left alone. TV station selection seemed to be done by scrolling through all the channels until you found what you wanted.
