Room 343 the a/c leaks and wet up the whole carpet i told the front desk. They put it in the system i hope.

We got away from home and enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was very nice, lots of food and replentished quickly due to the crowd. I would say the place is decently well kept, I never saw anything that put me off. Little paint scrapes here and there, nothing bad.

Cons:

ice machines were missing on our floor and no info given about that. Would have been nice to know. The pool was a bit greasy, seemed to have an oily film on the top of the water. Probably needs more cleaning.

Pros:

Nothing, staff was not friendly or nice. Roach crawled up by my head in bed. Electricity on one halh of the room didn't work. Shower door bar fell off. When picking up breakfast they put the coffee up to. Every hotel i stay at has coffee or water or juice out all day. Every person working at front desk never got up from chair in front of computer. Never acknowledged anyone coming or going by front desk. Door on west side was a go out only and you had to walk around to front to come back in. So when you park there you cant get in. BUT the door on the north end was unlocked and ANYONE could come and go aa they pleased 24 hours a day.

Cons:

Nothing. Experience was sad and depressing. I work in every state and never seen a staff from front desk, to breakfast person etc. Never communicate with guest. Pool was closed. Its summer for god sakes. Business center computer not working. The worst hotel ever.

Cons:

My only issue was breakfast in the morning. The line was extremely long. And they ran out of food it took them a little bit to fill it up. coffee, didnt stay filled along with the creamers and beverages extremely hot in the lobby. Would also recommend a allday coffee bar
