BLACK MOLD
Pros:

The room had black mold underneath the bathroom sink. The overall cleanliness was terrible!! Management does not care about the well being of their guests and claimed the mold was oil stains from a construction crew staying there. Ridiculous!!

Nightmare travel
Pros:

My reservation was canceled. I was notified the day before my arrival. I tried to book another room only to be told there are no more rooms. Once I arrived at the hotel, I found other people having similar problems. I have booked at residence for the past 15 years. I will never use them again.

Their communication is poor.

Aunque, no puedo afirmar con certeza que está pudo pasar en el hotel, lamentablemente a las 3 personas, se nos perdió 2 o 3 objetos, personalmente revisé la habitación y no olvidamos nada (sin embargo, 1 día antes de nuestra partida del hotel si revisamos equipaje y si teníamos dichos objetos, pero pasamos todo el día fuera del hotel cuando regresamos terminamos de empacar y salimos al día siguiente) cuando llegamos a nuestro país nos dimos cuenta que no estaban en nuestras maletas. Lamento muchísimo este inconveniente, ya que el personal nos trató muy, muy bien, muy atentos y amables, tanto es así que pensaba regresar en un futuro. Espero de todo corazón estar equivocada, ya que no deseamos perjudicar a nadie. Muchas gracias por sus atenciones.

Pros:

The morning attendant was rude to the fullest. I paid threw booking .com for my reservation and the night clerk charged me another 319.00 which I never got back. I wouldn't recommend this facility to no one.

Cons:

The room was freezing heat wasn't working and we had to wait a whole 24 hours to get a different room.

Highly unsatisfied with how much I paid for accommodations and did not receive them

Cons:

Dishwasher didn’t work and leaked water on the floor. The light in the kitchen didn’t work. No garbage can in the room. No remote to living room tv. Tv connection wasn’t stable. No ice bucket in the room. Guests above my room were noisy.

The photos were a complete misrepresentation of the property. There were stains on the carpet, the furniture in the room appeared to be at least 30 years old and there was a popcorn ceiling with water stains. The bed had a terrible mattress and looked like a full size bed rather than a king or queen.
The couch had stains on the cushions.
