I used to stay there alot sorry to say the quality has slipped

Hotel was very dissapointing, mold on the curtains, dirty floors, shattered windows, as we walked in we found the blankets scattered messy on the top of the fridge (which was in the bathroom). On top of that the Ac also wasnt working therefore we all werent able to sleep well due to the heat. Wouldn't recommend.

Comfy bed but customer service was poor with some amenities out of use.
Pros:

Hot water and comfy bed.

Cons:

The fire alarm was covered w a plastic bag. Staff were rude and ill prepared w receipts. Pool was green and unusable. TV was not usable either and staff did not attend to fix when told about it.

There was nothing that I liked about this hotel.

Cons:

For the 3 day duration of our stay, they didn't tidy up the room nor make the bed. We put the "tidy up my room" card on the door but to our dismay on our return from our tour on day 1 the room was not tidied up, no fresh towels provided. We told the reception about our disappointment. All the reception said we'll do it tomorrow so we said what about today. All she said I have fresh towels here for you. The next day we expected that they tidy up the room, all they did was just replaced the used towels with fresh ones. Again they didn't make the bed. We had to make the bed ourselves. The air conditioning wasn't working. The room had funny smell. The state of the hotel is a mess. The hallways are filthy. The elevator is filthy. The dining hall is dirty. The staff don't care about the guests. Definitely, we won't recommend this hotel. If you don't want to be disappointed😞 don't stay in this hotel.

It was cheap. Good location in the middle of town

Cons:

$20 for a bowl of cereal and instant coffee was a rip off for beakfast.. Ugly hole in my door that some angry man had punched and a dodgy patch job. As a dv survivor I did not appreciate that. Dirty behind the bedside tables. Couldn't get the air con the right temp. Either freezing cold or stifling hot. TV was broken. When I arrived to check in, nobody was there and I had to wait about 15 mins before someone turned up. He was really rude. Didn't even look at me. Afterwards, I was struggling carrying my bags upstairs and he walked straight past me without offering to help. Only one washing machine for everyone in the shared laundry.
