Piscina quentinha

Cons:

Primeiro que se Recusaram a alterar a data de minha reserva.
O quarto estava cheio de baratas, o que causou um desconforto enorme e pedi pertence pessoal por conta das baratas. Ao falar com a recepção eles até nos deram outro quarto para ficar mas o constrangimento foi imenso.

Localização, serviço da portaria muito gentil e prestativa.

Cons:

Estruturas em madeira envelhecidas, banheiros com limo, mosquitos no quarto, higienização da piscina deixou a desejar, bordas com gordura, resíduos de folhas e flores do jardim. Cama de casal extremamente dura. Restaurante caro. Falta de academia.

Pros:

Foi minha segunda estadia, porque gosto muito do hotel! É agradável, limpo, acolhedor, muito bem localizado, tem um bom café da manhã, camas confortáveis, um bom chuveiro, restaurante, bar, atendimento na piscina, funcionários simpáticos e basta atravessar a rua para chegar direto na praia, em um ótimo ponto, além de haver bons restaurantes próximos.

Chuveiro bom, café muito bom, funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos, piscina e área interna limpa e organizada.

Cons:

O colchão precisa ser trocado, pernilongos no quarto, faltou gancho para pendurar toalhas no banheiro, faltou secador de cabelo no quarto, poucas tomadas e espaço é pequeno para uma família de quatro pessoas.

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, o hotel é muito bom e os funcionários super atenciosos
Pros:

eu e minha esposa temos intolerância à lactose e fomos tratados super bem pelos funcionários no café da manhã. todos os dias eles traziam alimentos sem leite para nossa mesa.

Cons:

o ar condicionado do quarto era novo mas o controle era daqueles universais que não são bons. Porém pedi para trocarem pelo original e o senhor que cuida da manutenção me trouxe um melhor.

Noisy loud music all day long ( no possibility of escape ) even in room
Pool is in middle of hotel , no privacy whatsoever
Old looking rooms , old linen , bathrooms needs updating
Beach across road overpopulated. , dirty with trash ( from people throwing bottles and empty cans to sand )

Limpeza, quarto com.cheiro de mofo, banheiro como mofo no teto e tenho renite alérgica, mobiliário velho. Pedir a recepção para trocar de quarto por causa do mofo e fui surpreendida com não. Ainda informaram que é assim mesmo, quando reserva pelo aplicativo. Fiquei decepcionada

De ótimo atendimento e excelente localização

Localização do hotel e a infraestrutura de piscinas. O café da manhã era de boa qualidade de diversidade.
