Would be nice if they would do what they say
Pros:

The pool and hot tub was ok but had to find an available staff member

Cons:

Had to get staff to turn on the water slide and they needed one staff member to be available while it’s running. Complementary coffee and tea was only for two hours of the day( early morning6-8)

Not worth it
Pros:

I did enjoy the water slide

Cons:

The life guard on duty but they had headphones on and were on there phone… they had no clean towels in the pool area. The stairs had a dirty towel that had been sitting over night. I was also charged the full night stay upfront and was not informed. And was charged a $300 deposit…

Good but missing a bit.
Pros:

Was hoping for an accessible room, not many are available. Changes could be made to regular rooms to make them safer for all. Included breakfast needs works. Just toast, bagels, coffee, yogurt, and cereal were not enough.
It was surprising to see the CO detectors on the ceiling, should have been the floor.

Excellent stopover stay, wishing we were staying longer!!
Pros:

Very clean , the most comfortable bed and pillows we’ve ever had in a hotel!!

Cons:

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like !

Loud AC
Pros:

We stayed here last year and wanted to come back. For some reason this year was not as good. The first problem was that the AC was so loud and didn’t even work that well. It was an accessible room so even though we appreciated the tall toilet and large bathroom, the shower attachment was in need of adjustment. Needs to be replaced.
The king bed was great. Comfortable and the pillows were excellent. Loved the breakfast with so many choices. Water in the lobby was an extra bonus.
Not sure we will be back. We may try another hotel in Kamloops.

Location was good. Room was clean

Cons:

Room a bit crowded
Pool barely used but staff didn't allow my nieces to use. Other hotels have been accommodating.
