It was fine but, personally, I'd probably look to stay elsewhere next time.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was pretty good, and the room was fine -- and nice and quiet.

Cons:

The reception staff weren't the jolliest or most helpful. Perhaps they were having an off day. The price was very high for this grade of hotel, but I guess it was surge pricing due to Spring Break. It was also a fair old trek from Winter Haven itself, so factor in 30-minute walks or Ubers.

Bad customer service
Cons:

I asked for a late check out because my wife was ill. The manager charged me and extra $70 for one hour of time. Customer no service. I wouldn't stay there ever. I won't ever stay at a Holiday Inn.
