Ultimate experience
Pros:

Excellent room. Very clean and fresh. Breakfast was hot and abundant. The front desk people were outstanding. At checkout was fast and efficient by Dawn I do believe. From the gentleman who cleaned up outside to the wonderful lady that kept the floors spotless . Wonderful people and our experience was amazing.

Not worth my money
Pros:

It was horrible I did not get the room I paid for and staff at the desk upon checking was rude and the water wouldn't work so the whole room smelled after and when it went off I was not satisfied

Perfect for staying while loved one in hospital
Pros:

Great atmosphere, rooms are nice and up to date. Great place to stay if you have loved one getting medical treatment at Winter Haven Hospital. Very short drive basically on the same road.
