One night and no sleep at all
Cons:

Payed for 2 rooms for 1 night with 3 little kids. From 9pm to 11pm there were teenagers making a lot of noise and knocking on several doors including ours. At 11 pm the fire alarm went off without a fire. Had to evacuate the hotel with all the kids while they were sleeping. They were crying for hours.

Disappointed
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. We needed extra pillows and towels and both times the maid service was very fast.

Cons:

We had a fire alarm go off for about 10 minutes at 11:45 PM- our children were sleeping and we had to rush them out of bed, down the stairs and outside. The kids were hard to settle after this incident and we were offered nothing for the inconvenience. Was very stressful after a long day at the parks and tired, cranky children.

Breakfast is not included at this IHG.
Pros:

The room was good, but note: The breakfast is NOT included. I could have stayed at another IHG and had the same quality stay AND a hot breakfast included.

Lack of leadership
Pros:

Loud kids running down the halls, but the biggest issue is 2 non service large dog barked for 2 days while owner was away. Front desk said they were goi g to ask him to leave but they didn’t.
Website says service animals only, dog owner told us in the hallway they were not service animals.

Not Clean
Pros:

There was an acrylic fingernail on the floor in front of the TV. Urine and pubic hair on the toilet seat. Definitely not clean and plan to stick with Hilton.
