Pros:

This hotel has some plus points: comfortable spacious rooms, well equipped. Small pool and gym. Breakfast is fine. However the other food on offer is pretty awful and the key cards constantly fail. We had to go to reception repeatedly to get them reprogrammed.

Average experience with comfortable beds and a solid restaurant.
Pros:

The beds were super comfortable. There was a good onsite restaurant. The concierge was great.

Cons:

For the price, the facilities were a bit run down- the pool was nice but no lights at night, the hot tub was basic. The air conditioning was noisy- woke me up with a jackhammer sound, so I turned it off. It was a noisy location in terms of traffic. The front desk systems could be better- keys didn’t work, wifi internet patchy, people didn’t answer the internal phone. I didn’t expect this for the price of the stay.

Pros:

1 night stay, nice foyer, and greeting. The room was clean but dated, bathroom needed revamping...dark grout old fittings. Tea maker in the room, nice.
Outdoor bland pool area, just aired water..no drinks or food service.
Ate in colon cafe, moderate food, better breakfast.

Park opposite, a nice place to walk and small market.

Good location, quiet wonderful staff includes breakfast again wonderful staff

Cons:

A bit overpriced for the area the wind is a good central location. Breakfast options could be a little more diverse and though we were told the TVs allowed Netflix and streaming they don’t and channels are only in Spanish, despite being told in email, otherwise. For multiple nights stay with children very difficult.
