El desayuno muy completo y variado
Muy bueno bien situado , el personal muy amable, buen desayuno
Todo excelente! Piso ejecutivo me encantó
No hay quejas
Good location, quiet wonderful staff includes breakfast again wonderful staff
A bit overpriced for the area the wind is a good central location. Breakfast options could be a little more diverse and though we were told the TVs allowed Netflix and streaming they don’t and channels are only in Spanish, despite being told in email, otherwise. For multiple nights stay with children very difficult.
desayuno completo, sencillo,
la habitacion bien, pero no tenia una gran vista
Breakfast was great - good food & friendly staff

Location was good. The bellman arranged for us to visit the Middle of the World and the Volcano.
As it was Christmas, I would have liked for the front desk to offer suggestions within the hotel, on food choices and activities. It was very cold in the hotel, and no one suggested anything.
Imagine eating Christmas breakfast and supper at KFC and Mcdonalds?
We were not impressed with the front desk; they were more concerned with us paying the hotel bill.
I had stayed at this hotel many years ago with Gate 1, that's why I opted to return there.
This hotel was booked on our behalf by Royal Galapagos. We ended our excellent road trip from Quito in Guayaquil for a one night stay prior to flying to the Galapagos.
The hotel was your basic Hilton - meaning its part of a chain and provides basic sleep and breakfast service. Don't expect anything special. If you don't look outside, you could be in any other Hilton in any other country.
The room was large and the front desk accommodated our request for an upper floor. It was clean and functional with no embellishments. No slippers or housecoat, however. It seems all the design effort and expense for this hotel went into the beautiful ten floor high lobby and windowed elevators.
The biggest disappointment was breakfast: the omelette station was unmanned; the hot and cold selection was ordinary; the capocino maker was not working; dirty dishes were not picked up from empty tables; cutlery on the floor was never picked up. Staff seemed more interested in entertaining themselves around the maitre d' desk than serving their guests.
Our stay was for one night so you take these things in stride even when you have paid top dollar. But it was disappointing nonetheless.
