夕飯は、➕2000円でついてくるメニューを周知していた為、全く違うメニューでしかも子供達の好むおかずでなかった。写真と違いすぎたことと、美味しくはなかった。

1.電気製品が非常に古い
このホテルの湯沸ポットは
1994年製の
３０年以上前の製品です
使っている時は火災にならないか
注意が必要です

2.このホテルに連泊する場合、
連泊中の部屋の電源を勝手に切られます
冷蔵庫とエアコンの電源も切られます
大事な温度管理が必要な物は
ホテルの電源に頼らない
保冷庫に入れる必要があります
単独で保冷できる保冷庫に入れていた
特別な果物は助かりましたが
部屋に置いていた果物は
駄目になりました
また、冷蔵庫に入れていた
飲み物は冷たくなかったです

3.エアコンは風が出ません
フィルターが目詰まりして
ほとんど風が出ません
寝苦しい夜を過ごすことになりました
日中もエアコンから風は出ません

4.冷蔵庫電源切られます
冷たい飲み物を飲もうにも
電源を切られていたので
冷蔵庫はあったかいままです
冷えるのに時間がかかります

こんな理由から
非常に不満なホテルと
させていただきました

泊まった部屋はビジネスホテルと同じだが、ホテルとしては高級な感じ。
朝食はバイキングでなく一人ずく運ばれてきて安っぽくない、最上階のバーがある様な部屋で食べ、景色が良く高級感はあった。
スタッフの対応も丁寧で良かった。
