Pros:

Everything. Luxury with down to earth feeling. Architecture was amazing. Best location to visit Santa Fe

A little on the expensive side but worth the location. Breakfast at the restaurant was good but not great and very expensive.

Hermoso hotel y una excelente ubicación. Desafortunadamente, nuestra experiencia se vio afectada por un problema de aire acondicionado en la habitación 441 que duró desde el sábado hasta el lunes por la noche. Aunque informamos del problema varias veces, la solución inicial era solo un ventilador portátil, y la situación no se resolvió completamente hasta nuestra última noche. Lo que más nos decepcionó no fue el problema mecánico en sí, sino la forma en que nuestras preocupaciones fueron manejadas en la recepción. El resto de nuestra visita a Santa Fe fue absolutamente maravillosa, lo que hizo que esta experiencia fuera aún más decepcionante. Gorgeous property in a great location. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The pool area is excellent. Plenty of chairs and towels and shade. We loved relaxing by the pool.
Our room was comfortable, and we had a huge balcony with a gorgeous view of the Loretto church.

Cons:

We wish they offered a continental breakfast. The pastries they sold in the coffee area were not very good and expensive. Some of the furniture in our bedroom was pretty used up. The chairs had big tears in them. That was surprising since the room rates are pretty high.

Other than the hiccup at the bar, the stay was wonderful.
Pros:

Location was ideal for walking to everything. The room was clean and comfortable. The majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our only negative experience was our midafternoon visit to the bar on a Wednesday. We ordered two margaritas and chips/salsa. We were both finished with our drinks before I finally got the bartenders attention to ask where our chips/salsa were. We still waited another 5-10 minutes before they arrived. My drink sat empty with no offer for another. It was a less than pleasant experience.

A memorable trip with family with the Inn and Spa at Loretto being a big part of it! We can’t wait to go back!
Pros:

The property is beautiful and perfectly located! The pool area is so relaxing. The staff was great and housekeeping amazing, as well as valet. Highly recommend this property!

It was a great, central spot in Santa Fe to walk to dinner, shops and galleries.
Pros:

The pool was cool and the food (paid for in restaurant) was good. Room was quiet and staff were very nice.

Cons:

No breakfast, coffee did not taste good at all.

A delightful stay at the Inn and Spa at Loretto. Can't beat the location!
Pros:

Location is spectacular. Enjoyed walking into and around town. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and interesting. Comped morning coffee was appreciated and delicious. Enjoyed working at a table by the fire place in the morning before heading out on adventures.

Cons:

The hallways were very dark. The elevator was very slow. I think the bathroom was missing a fan.
