Very southwest in design and appeal. Located in the heart of downtown Santa Fe near plaza.

I can’t believe this accommodation has less than 5 stars, it was FABULOUS!
The pool and hot tub were open and heated (in February!), gorgeous place to soak with a glass of wine and look at the moon and stars. Also a lovely wind protected patio to watch the sunset.
Happy hour choices were perfect, food at the hotel top notch, super cozy living room with a fireplace and live music.
Completely central to the plaza, historic church just next door with restaurants on every block.
All of the staff was exceptional, we felt so well cared for. Will be back 100%.

Natasha was an amazingly calming soul who made every one of the 100 minutes a soothing and relaxing restorative process.
Will definitely return to the Spa at Loretto.
The view and location
The water for the shower wasn't very warm one night.
It’s a pretty property in a perfect location. It has an upscale feel and is welcoming.
We ordered room service on our first night there. It was prompt and good food. Two days later when we checked out, the food tray we’d placed in the hallway that first evening was still there. Seems like a very lacking service. It also lacked attention to detail. The fan light in our bathroom only had one light cover. The battery operated candle in the fireplace didn’t work. The first room we were assigned was on the second floor. It had a balcony area that overlooked the heating vents. It was dark and felt like a cave. Luckily the front desk moved us to a room on a higher floor that was much nicer. However when I asked to be moved, the front desk attendant made the change,but her demeanor toward me changed from friendly to distant and disinterested.
Location couldn’t be better ! Was able to walk to most restaurants and to the plaza and Canyon Rd.

Cleanliness and lighting
Everything was superb about our stay, staff were so lovely and helpful. Even gave us extra tips for the rest of our trip. Always friendly and available. Location was perfect, beds were AMAZING, room, comfort - everything was fantastic! Would highly recommend and if I make it back to Santa Fe I would absolutely stay again. The venue is gorgeous!
I booked myself a few nights stay at The Inn and Spa at Loretto to give myself a little vacation and was very happy with my choice. I wanted to give a special shout out to front desk staff, and in particular Nikki, Tami and Janelle, and the housekeeping staff Rosario, Astrid and Rosa, who all went above and beyond to help me out and make my stay so special. I also thought the valet workers and the staff that worked at breakfast were also outstanding and will be the reason I come back here the next time I come to Santa Fe.
Best part of my stay was massage at Laredo from DIANNA… I’ve had massage regularly many years and all over the world… DIANNA was fantastic and a definite repeat as she is well educated and skilled in her profession and truly a 1st class lady… thank you again Dianna you were wonderful, jim&maura
