C'était confortable et propre, personnel aimable
C'est assez excentré du Downtown
Loved the bed and pillows, very cozy and comfortable. Location is great, easy to walk to bars, restaurants, cute shops.
It was close to the location I needed to get to. The parking valets were very personable, respectful, and even paid attention to my 3 year old, Zybah was especially nice and polite.
When they said micro room they meant it. I stayed cause my 3 year old son has to go to the hospital out there and he didn’t even have room to move and play at all. The property took they say $70.00 as a pre authorization but then charged me $236.00 for the room. Then when I checked out they charged me again $225.14. So later that day I called and Jacob said the 70.00 should come back in 2-3 days, meanwhile it was charging me like $461.14 on my account. So it wasn’t $70.00. It took 6 days to come back to my account. It’s upseting when your a single father living on a fixed income and taking your sick child for help and they tie up your funding even for food.
The bed, the location, valet, staff, and bar upstairs was open ! It was great they brought the refrigerator and microwave to the room
The floors are dirty in room, size was better this time, the noise from street was loud
The location was close to West Penn Hospital and the property had late availability. Valet staff was pleasant.
The staff member that greeted us when we arrived (and when we called to inquire about rooms) was snippy and disinterested. It seemed to really put her out to answer questions or even deal with us.
There were long black hairs in our sink and gunk all along the sides of our shower. It also took quite a while for our cool air to kick on after we adjusted the thermostat. We also found that the parking was overpriced.
Easy access from (valet) parking. Fun and quirky interior, efficient and friendly front desk. Neat building that used to be a vo-tech school. Decent sized room, comfy bed.
Can’t think of much. Stayed overnight because we had no power or water in our neighborhood. I’d easily have guests stay here.
It’s a frequent of mine and I usually enjoy my experience
Sink was clogged and blinds were broken and couldn’t close due to the chain being missing
