Great location
Expensive parking - but nice valet team
The hotel staff was excellent. Weekend room rates were too expensive.
The street was noisy throughout the night and having to valet park was not convenient (even though the valets were excellent).
Location and family room layout
Cheat cards were not working the whole time so every time you needed to get in and out of the room we had to have staff help us in, which also created concerns for security. And we had issues getting a TV remote that could work, so that took the stuff several attempts to get resolved. The room was decently clean but I wouldn't say that the floors in the room had been well swept or mopped in a while.
It was freshly made and not overly expensive.
My television did not work correctly. It was stuck on a channel and I could not change it.

Es fehlte ein Haartrockner im Zimmer. Leider auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Verkehrslärm zu hören.
Die gläserne Duschkabine ist leider für jeden im Zimmer einsehbar. Ein Sichtschutz wäre gut. z.B durch Folien

The toilet didnt have lock, 20% of door was open, everything was not separate and bathroom washroom everything was in the same place , the was basin was between bed and bathroom. Valet parking was very high price
Couldn’t go to food top first night for private party but never told this when checking in and the blinds didn’t work for one window and did not have the privacy I should have been given
I liked how pet friendly they were. The room was attractive, the location was near a dog park, and the area felt safe.
I didn’t get a receipt so I don’t know what I paid. I can’t reach a human to inquire. Coffee was awful, I should have used the coffee in the room instead of paying $4 . Pillows are too thick, hard to sleep on. Valet parking is too expensive and no other option is given.
The breakfast was amazing! Our housekeeper was really nice!
