They put me in a tiny room even tho I paid for a deluxe king and they didn’t refund me for that day

I booked my room 4 months out and when I arrived they didn’t have my room ready. They didn’t even tell me. I check in and my room was as big as a closet. I booked the deluxe king. I had to go downstairs and ask why my room was so small then they told me it’s because my room isn’t ready. They didn’t fix it until 10:30 the next day I wasn’t given a refund for my 1st night in a tiny room even tho I paid for a deluxe king. And we could hear every car that drove by like we were basically outside
