No hot water
Pros:

The apartment is pretty big and matches the photos. The staff was polite and friendly. The towels were changed, and the bed was made daily.

Cons:

In general, the furniture looked quite old, and the apartment wasn't clean (we even found a condom behind the TV. You may ask why we looked there, but we tried to find the TV remote controller). The staff brought us the remote controller for one of the TVs but there was also another one which we couldn't use. Also, we couldn't use one of the ACs. There were no cups or other kitchen utensils, just one glass and a couple of dishes. Fortunately, we didn't plan to cook there.
❗️But the main reason we booked this apartment (though there were other options with better location and lower price) was a bath. And... we couldn't use it during our stay coz the weather wasn't sunny. So, they use solar power to heat the water! And we had to wash in almost absolutely cold water. It was awful! My hair is long, and I wash it every day, so it was such a torture to do it.
Moreover, it was very noisy outside even at nights but we stayed during TET holidays so ok, we can accept this.

Summing everything up, I was disappointed and I won't come back to this hotel.
