Pros:

This property is under going exterior envelope renovation. Entire front is scaffold and wrap so its hard to find. Do to a fact that is wrapped the rooms are dark and you can't open the windows. The AC unit that is advertised with is noise portable unit that doesn't properly vents so its cooling on one end and blowing heat at the other end. it makes the room hotter so you minus well not using it. The noise work of grinding and cheeping staco starts befor 7am so if you are on vacation don't plan to sleep in . Also there is no parking and you can't really get close to the place since it's right by old square so it will require some walking with luggage. We found secure parking about 10 minutes walking to the apartment but it cost almost a 100zl for 24 hours. Non of that is mentioned on the web site so you are taken by surprise. Luckily we only stayed for one night and so far in our 3 week trip that was the worst place. i would stay away from this property until is all done and the renovation is finished. Its a nice apartment right in the center of old town, close to everything but I definitely wouldn't stay there again.

Pros:

Excellent location, good value, clean, well decorated and comfortable property. The check in process is cumbersome. You have to pick up the key at the rental office to get the instruction on how to get the key ( also put a refundable deposit which was not mentioned in the reservation process on Expedia website) which could have easily done by email ahead. Then have to drive to the property. We have a friend in Warsaw so it was done without having to take two taxis. If you don’t have much luggage then this property is an excellent choice. The property is in a special permission car zone so you have to park outside and walk to the building ( perhaps taxi is allowed to drive to the property). The apartment is a couple flights of stairs up not first floor.
