The only thing I liked about the property is how close it was to everything I was looking to do out there.
Let’s start off with when I checked in,the person helping me had a very bad attitude towards me and the customer before me. Just because the person before me had questions about his price and receipt the desk attendant became very hostile. Couldn’t get any name because none of the employees that helped me had a name tag on. The cleanliness of the room was poor as well the pull out bed that was there had dirty sheets on it so we did not end up using it. The property it’s self needed some cleaning up to do. And not to mention parking is very limited. The parking spaces are small and in weird angles every car there was giving a car space in between.
The cleaning staff was super friendly and helpful. Place was what i was thinking; was not 5 star luxury but for what I paid, it was worth it and beyond.
Only thing probably would be the television messing up. Other than that, enjoyed it.
Great location with public transport nearby to avoid taxi costs, and a great pool!

Like the fact that it was close to everything 5 to 10 minutes away from all the occasions we went to
I requested for the rooms to be together and they were not and then I requested queen beds and when we got there, they didn’t have the rules together. They had them separate separated, and then they gave us move together with queen beds because they didn’t have other ones.
Good location, easy access to local entertainment and attractions.
Facility was loud, would much rather pay the extra price for a quieter facility.
The location was good
Only stay there if you're desperate or for one night. We saw roaches and other types of bugs by the bed's headboard. Neighbors were very loud throughout the night (1am-4am). We also asked the cleaning lady to not go into our room because my sister was going to be staying behind to which the cleaning lady agreed. Later on we found out she went into the room while my sister was showering and knocked on the bathroom door scaring my sister out of her mind. She carried on sweeping and mopping the floor while my sister was in the shower! Absolutely unacceptable. This place has all types of people staying there. I wouldn't recommend if you value your comfort, rest, and cleanliness.

they finally fixed the hot tub; it wasn't working for my first 2 nights (which is the main reason I selected this hotel in the first place)
Went 2 nights without the hot tub I specifically looked for when booking; did not compensate me for the loss
