Check out was the only thing good! And wont be back

Cons:

We checked in amd had to go back and forth to the front 4 times because the key wouldn't work before security told me that room was suppose to be closed. The front desk was absolutely no help and then they didnt explain any charges. The security guard got the manager that the front desk said wasnt there and he changed our room after an hour of going back and forth!! Will absolutely never stay there again. Room needs maintenance as things were falling apart and better cleaning since it looked like blood on the bathroom door. Front staff needs customer training and knowledge on when a room doesn't work..

Huge thanks to Frank! Amazing service that made my stay special

I checked into this hotel today, and I have to give a special shout-out to Frank at the front desk. He is truly one of the kindest and most helpful staff members I’ve ever met!

There was a small hiccup during check-in because my reservation was duplicated, but Frank was incredibly patient and sorted it out for me quickly. After that, whenever I had questions during my stay—whether about directions or recommendations—he was always there to help with a genuine smile.

Frank is such a kind and friendly person. He really made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Staff like him are such an asset to the hotel! I’ll definitely stay here again next time, and I hope to see him then. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Beautiful property, great location. The room was clean and reasonably priced. Centrally located to all San Diego activities, especially close to Pachanga arena.

Overall still a amazing stay
Pros:

Like the room was big had a couch bed was absolutely comfortable clean and just a good for your money type of thing

Cons:

What I didn’t like was that the toilet was leaking since a seal broke and I don’t like the aspect of getting charged to check in early or late especially the price

Price and location were fine

Cons:

We came home from spending the day out and we're locked out. Had to get key redone. Then tried to shower but the water was standing still in tub. Went to front desk and jerky said nothing he could do. We would have to wait until.tomorrow to get help with the tub and my entire family was covered in sand and sea water. The security guard was able to get us plumbing tools and I unclogged the tub myself. What a worthless front desk excuse for a human.
