Lobby clean and modern looking.

Cons:

No breakfast as advertised. No water in coffee maker in lobby or any attempt to rectify this by staff. Poor lighting in room. Room not updated. Space between door and door jam to outside. Front desk personal not helpful.

Not nice
Pros:

Had to pay for parking even though there a r a plenty of parking. Person at day of my arrival was very rude; she should not work at customer service, but may be at police/ or military.

Cons:

WiFi was not fluent.
Parking was expensive.
You need to argue to get a new room.

Pros:

Breakfast was advertised however they did not have breakfast.

Cons:

Booked the room because of the hot tub and was told there was no hot tub only to find out at checkout that there was a hot tub. Obscene! Roaches in the room and the advertised breakfast was non-existent. Would love a refund!

Pros:

Clean rooms (but smelled a little musty), friendly staff. Easy walk to Vons.

Cons:

Checked in online to be faster and had to do it all again at front desk. No shuttle to airport as mentioned in ad. Had to pay $20 a day for parking! No breakfast at all, not even simple fruit or muffins. They only clean rooms once every 3 days!!! They say it is to stay green, but let's be honest here. Wouldn't stay again but it wasn't horrible.

AWESOME ACCOMODATIONS FOR THE PRICE!
Pros:

the room was spacious, we appreciated the coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator. The room was refreshed each day which was appreciated.
