would not choose this hotel again
Pros:

the pantry service was ok and well stocked each day

Cons:

No service to the room each day. no place to put our cloths nothing was replenished in the room. hotel was updated but very basic for the cost. air conditioner was very loud and in need of repair prior to renting the room. very little information re parking etc. cost to park was ridiculous. Your lounge area was very sparten. small and uncomfortable

No one came jn to empty garbage or fivw us fresh towels even though we were told they would so that but not make the bed if i took bonvoy points

Cons:

Breakfast was poor, not enough variety.. The dining area was a bit depressing, need some greenary/ plants around.. Lifts need upgrading, spent half of my time waiting for one..

Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location near the boardwalk. The hotel was wonderful. Such a nice touch to have the wster filling station. The Happy Hour & restaurant was the best.. Navneet,our Server is exceptional in Customer Service,with her warm,friendly personality.

Cons:

Nothing.Exceptional & will highly reccomend.
Everyone from check in & out, cleaning staff,restaurant chef gave excellent service.

Close to the Waterfront
Pros:

It was a very comfortable room. We had the best Pork belly and Mussels at the bar.The waiter made us some great drinks which was perfect we did not had to go out that night

Heel prettig en fijne kamer
Pros:

Lokatie is super, dichtbij centrum en uitzicht op de haven. Comfortabel bed, ruime kamer en badkamer.

Cons:

De koelkast had geen standen, en stond heel koud. Eten en medicatie die we in de koelkast hadden was bevroren. 1 dag was de kamer niet schoongemaakt maar toen we hierover belde kregen we alles wat we nodig hadden, dus prima opgelost. Sommige informatie is moeilijk te vinden in de kamer. Bv over het ontbijt konden we niks in onze kamer.
