It needs a reno, and better breakfast options
Worst stay i have ever had in billings
Very good biscuits and gravy
Everything was great I liked it all
Room was clean. Staff was friendly.
Hot tub was broke down.
The bed was comfortable
Rude front desk person, key cards quit working, blow dryer didn't work, no towels at the pool, the hot tubs didn't work, asked for towels and was offered a hand towel because all the towels were dirty, the wifi was terrible, we couldn't watch a movie without it freezing, the bed skirt was stained and gross, the top decorative blanket was also dirty, and the kleenex holder was empty.
I paid for one night at first and the hotel clerk insisted then I pay an incidental deposit I paid the incidental deposit and needed to stay another night when I needed to stay the extra night she didn't just charge my debit card for the room she also took cash for the room and then claimed that she had only charged my debit card when I stood there and paid her cash money for my room on the 4th and the 5th so no I don't like Howard Johnson and know the stuff wasn't any good and there was no light bulb and light socket in my room to turn on the overhead light there were no towels in my room only hands house

1 Booking. No information is provided about policy, status, or accessibility.
A. They charge a fee to use their pool slide.
B. The hot tubs are broken.
C. There are two floors, but NO elevator. This created an accessibility issue as I am disabled.
2 Check in. A not so happy unprofessional checked us in and gave us two rooms on the second floor. Once we realized there was no accessibility, we requested rooms on the first floor. She grudgingly accommodated my accessibility request, and it felt like she was trying to shame me for having an accessibility need. She put my first room on one end of the hall, and my second on the other. We discovered that night, after problems in our room, that the room directly next to us was available!
3. Rooms.
A. Decor. Nothing like what's pictured.
B. Cleanliness. The floors only had a quick thought of a sweep because there was a dried up dead wasp on the floor, trash under a bed side, and dust throughout.
The microwave didn't work and there was a dead wolf spider curled up on top of it. The lamp shades have brown spots! There were long black hairs in the bedding, and in the folded towels.
Second room. This room was an accessible room. The smell was overpowering. A strong perfume is being used to hide an unpleasant odor in the room. The shower drain is recessed extremely deep with sharp unfinished tile edges all around. The bathroom sink was clogged and barely drained. The floors were unswept with a grimy feel. The phone was sticky and didn't work.
C. Safety. Exterior access doors are in various states of functionality ranging from, won't let you in, to you have to jiggle it, to meth heads leaving rocks in the jamb, repeatedly.
D.Noise. Loud dripping on the AC/HEAT units after snow melt/rain. owner lives in site with chickens and a rooster.
4. Breakfast. Dirty, didn't eat. Floating bits in all the severely watered down juice options too.
It was okay

Didn’t stay there left the room was dirty. Had bugs in it so we left fighting them to get our money back.

Had to change rooms. It was noisy
