Cozy overnight stay
Pros:

Had first floor room available after a long day of travel and made it so

Not great.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Our room smelled of urine. Shower temperature fluctuated from hot to cold and the pressure was very high. Waterside was only available for an extra fee, and pool smelled chemically. Our key card envelope was reused and had whiteout on it which is wierd.

Pros:

The price. I used booking. com for the room. We usually like to stay here. This time, however, the first room we went to had not been cleaned, we checked in around 5:30p.m. ; so back to the office I went. She found another room. This time, the door key did not work. Back to the office. This time, she got us a room closer to the office. She checked it out before sending me off again. Third time was a charm. The beds were comfortable, there was no coffee pods for the coffee pot in the room, so we was glad to be close to the dinette area.

Cons:

The chairs in the rooms are not the best or comfortable.

Room was filthy phone pulled out of the wall. Inside lock on the door broken super sketchy. Pool and waterside broken.

Place seriously needs to be updated very old carpets bedding pillows beds towels

We had to leave because of mold and they never got us a refund.
Pros:

The pool was great.

Cons:

Our room had a severe case of mold. The gal working that night was very gracious and we tried a different room, but by then my daughter was so asthmatic, we just had to leave. We requested a refund, which still hasn't happened because staff can't seem to communicate with the manager, or the manager just doesn't want to call me back. Mold sensitive folks, stay away! I checked out several rooms and several had mold.

Pros:

The pool slide was out of order, the hot tub out of order, not clean daily, no towels unless we fetched.

EVERYTHING, we had to switch rooms 3 times, no hot water, they put my disabled son on second floor, then moved us clear to the other end of hotel opposite ends of where my family was. They told is they would upgrade us to Suite rooms and DID NOT, THAN THEY BUSTED INTO MY DAUGHTERS ROOM AT 7 AM SCARED THE DEATH OUT OF MY DAUGHTER AND GRANDBABIES AND TOLD THEM THEY WERE NOT SUPPOSE TO BE THERE AND THAN BARELY APOLOGIZED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. THE MANAGER NEVER DID COME AND TALK TO US. I HAD TO GO TAKE A SHOWER IN MY DAUGHTER'S ROOM THAT WAS DOWN STAIRS, NO PHONE IN ROOM TO COMPLAIN ABOUT PEOPLE IN HALLWAY MAKING A TON OF NOISE. IT WAS THE WORST STAY EVER 😪 I CRIED SO MUCH BECAUSE THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A GOOD PLACE TO STAY AND IT WAS OUR CHRISTMAS WEEKEND GET AWAY WITH MY KIDS AND GRANDKIDS AND IT WAS HORRIBLE...HAVING OUR ROOMS BE SWITCHED 3 TIMES AND NO UP GRADE LIKE THEY SAID OR NO APOLOGIES FOR IT...I WOULD LIKE SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION FOR A DIFFERENT HOTEL BECAUSE THEY DID NOT GIVE A DAMN!!!!
