location
breakfast choices poor, no creamer /stirrers for coffee in room, bin dirty, lack of toiletries.
All in all, very poor for price paid.
It’s was good
The staff was helpful the room we eventually got moved into was properly clean, convenient to the room parking, the pool is lovely
No lids for coffee at the breakfast bar, not good for people with shaky hands, was originally checked into an unclean room, like it hadnt been cleaned since the previous guest left, once notified the front desk guy changed our room to a clean one, the toilet area is claustrophobically small and I couldn't use it with the door shut due to the small space being so overwhelmingly small very cramped, the ceiling tiles are grossly stained in the bathroom, this was room 159 btw..the lamp ik the room has no shades very hard on the eyes after driving all day, the light over the sink in the room is about to die had almost no lumens coming from it whatsoever and was very flickery we just opted not to use that light and I opted to skip my shower because of how tiny the bathroom is, over all the bed was comfy even tho the pillows supplied are the size of throw pillows u would put on a couch not a bed...idk y but I honestly expected better for the room for it being a hojo
Close to I90
TV was a pain to operate bed was old hair in bath tub
The pool was great.
Most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. Microwave was on the bottom of the cabinet. Not feasible for use.
Not much
The smell, the stains, the lack of lighting in the room, the cleanliness (or lack there of) in the hallways and the fact that the water slide costs $10 per person and it is not advertised until you ask why the water is off on the slide.
The property was close to doctor office, semi close to Walmart
My family chose this place as it stated there was a pool and hot tub. Pool and tub were closed for maintenance. The only option available was the sauna. We were very disappointed as that was a big consideration in where we stayed. With today's technology, I understand everyone has a cell phone but as an older person we were used to having a room phone but did not have one to call front desk. Not having a room phone did not feel safe for two older women traveling alone. The second room we moved to had a room phone and we felt a bit safer
The staff was the best part of our stay. Super helpful both when we checked in with the gentleman, then later that evening when we came back from a late wedding & locked ourselves out of the room.
The room was tiny. Barely any space to move around. There was coffee pods in the room but no coffee maker. Couldnt get the lamp to work on the left side of room. No where to plug anything in on that side either. We lost the remote, went to look under the bed and there was trash and candy wrappers there. Bed sheets had large, visible stains.
Location
Old, in need of updating. Water just dwindled out of shower. Top of shower surround was dirty. Drains drained slow and you stood in water while showering. People smoking right outside the entrance to the hotel.
Location
Swimming pool was DIRTY and both hot tubs out of order.
The staff was extremely friendly.
Very old and kind of dirty. Needs an upgrade extremely bad. Are bathtub would not even drain. Hot tubs were broken.
Pool was open this time. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice.
the pool was cold and unpleasant to enjoyably swim in it, and the hot tub was out of order.
Had some good breakfast, and the water slide was pretty fun.
The hot tubs never worked the whole stay. The keys had to be re set every time we left the building. Most of all there were bed bugs in our bed. The place could have been way cleaner there were used needles in the parking lot. This really is not the best place for small kids. And not worth the $800. Thank god the staff were nice because it would have been hell if they were not.
My partner fell ill after thr stay. Then I received a letter from Riverstone Health regarding an outbreak. I wont be staying there again.
There was nothing to like.
Could have put on the website that the hot tubs were not working, the tv would not stay connected the the wifi so the TV was useless, the drain in the bathtub did not drain fast at all. In a short shower I could have then just sat down and had a bath. Was not worth the almost 500 I paid.
I didn't like anythinhyrg qniirrß
