The room was dirty, there was a hole in the tile floor in the bathroom that bugs were crawling out of, there was hair and a spider in the tub. Floors weren’t swept/vacuumed.
Literally everything could have been better except for the pool. The only issue with the pool was there was a group of about 15 to 20 adults sitting in the corner drinking while their kids were running around the pool and going about 4-5 down at a time.
The pool was taken care of
Woke up to ants all over my room and clothes and some crawling on me. I had no food in the room. Very disappointed
The poll was nice, breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Beds were not very sturdy came of the base if you sit in the wrong area. Could be cleaned a little better between check ins, found some finger nails on the floor. Maybe come in and check trash and towels more often! We stayed 4 days and had to ask for towels twice and trash was not emptied during our stay!
Friendly staff
Had to pay to use water slide. Our bathroom shower handle was broken, tub was leaking water so it made our bathroom a swimming pool. Bed’s uncomfortable, awful pillows.

No bacon or sausage for breakfast . No carpet.. the floors were hard and cold.

The rooms are very clean,quaint, peaceful, and comfortable. We got a great night sleep, plenty of hot water for baths and showers, very comfortable pillows, and staff was very nice and welcoming.
We had a great breakfast to start the day both days that we were there to get us off and running. We had scrambled eggs, biscuits with gravy, fresh orange juice, and fresh coffee. There was doughnuts, many varieties of muffins, apple juice, cereal, waffles, flavored oatmeal, and water. I might have missed some as there was so much.
The commons room had nice couches with plenty of room to watch television or socialize.
There is an inside pool and hot tub. I am here in the winter and didn't think to bring my bathing suit. I sure wish I had.

The room was a typical HJ single, clean, and comfortable. I was moving and extremely sore and tired. Having a hot tub and pool really made a difference in my trip. Breakfast hit the spot -scrambled eggs, waffles, coffee, fresh fruit, etc.
No complaints as I found a place for my U-Haul with auto transport!

Reserved a king room, had to take a queen. No kings available on first floor.
TV streaming mostly didn’t work. Microwave didn’t work. Refrigerator drags on the floor. Hair dryer shorted out in my hand. Toilet seat very loose.
Not able to regulate shower water temperature, was mostly scalding hot.
Bed spread worn out.
The pool was nice, We enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast was ok, could use more fruit choices and maybe yogurt. I am pleased that there was decaf coffee available.
We had no hot water in our shower. The hot water worked in the sink but not the shower. I told the front desk before we left for the day and they said we could either move rooms or they would let maintenance know. I said we would be gone all day at a wrestling tournament so I would like them to look at it. When we returned we still had no hot water in the shower, and it was very late and we were tired so didn't want to move rooms at that point. If they couldn't get the hot water fixed they could have called me to let me know and we could have left at a point to move our stuff.
Staffed tried to help, but did not provide much of a solution or compensation. They did end up moving us rooms, but the put us in a room under repair and then had to move us again. Appreciated them trying to help, they were friendly but lacked solution providing.
Cleanliness was a big issues for us…clumps of hair on pillow and dirty animal print on the bedding.
The smell was congesting, it was either masked by a spray as you watched staff walk around spraying the hallway and the solution provided was they would have someone come spray the room…which again would only mask the smell not eliminate it. I couldn’t even begins to explain the smell…like a dirty, stale, musky smell.
Hotel is very musty smelling and the rooms are pretty dirty. The TV hardly worked, would reload every 5 or so mins. You have to pay an extra $5 a day/per person to use the water slide.
