They had an elevator. The room had 3 queen beds and was comfortable.
The bathroom door was held together with screws. When you shut the door you couldn’t open it from the inside. You had to yell for someone to open it from the outside. When someone went in the bathroom I went to stand by the door to open it for them. My 10 year old son freaked out from being locked in there.
Room was not ready when we arrived. Smelled like marijuana. Very busy and noisy and loud all night.
The hot tub in the room did not work, the coffee tasted like muddy water, and the television kept buffering every 10 minutes.

Cleaningness
There wasn't anything to like.
Firstly, the pictures posted here are NOT of the actual location!! The actual property is very visibly run down and in disrepair. Surrounded by closed businesses and decrepit buildings. The lobby was as run down as the exterior. You are immediately over powered by the chlorine from the pool. Once checked in, the room was incorrect. We went to the desk to alert them and the clerk instead argued that we weren't correct until I showed him the booking confirmation. The second room was the correct size bed and that was the only good feature. The room was in terrible condition. With obvious extreme wear and lazy repairs. The walls were stained, covered in holes, and haphazardly painted. The furniture appeared to be thrifted and was obviously old and in poor condition. There was no overhead light, just a lamp that wobbled dangerously when you tried to turn it on, the shade also covered in stains and dirt. There was no handsoap to be found. The towels were atrocious; small, stained, and thread bare. However, we wouldn't need them because the shower was disgusting and we didn't plan to use it. There was grime, hair, and dirt on every surface, with this room in even worse disrepair. The door was not fit in the jamb, with visible rust, stains, and grime. The walls were filled with even more random holes not repaired when fixtures were removed or from wear. The floor was also dirty and visibly worn out. The fan was disturbingly loud, and sounded like it might be hazardous. The toilet paper felt somehow less than it's 1-ply. The shower curtain was at least 15 years old, dirty, stained, and completely falling apart. There were only two outlets found in the bedside lamp, so worn out the charging block for a cell phone couldn't be held in the socket. There was debris and dirt on literally every surface. The headboard was obviously left over from a full size bed left to one side of the king mattress with three small flat pillows in dirty pillow cases.
Where it was located
Room had stains everywhere, mold on the wood, only thing that didn’t and was clean was the bed.
I also checked that I needed extended stay so instead for 11 am check out I needed 1pm for the extra 20$ as I was going to be at a funeral. Even told the front desk lady at check in. And still tried kicking us out at 11
Bed was comfy and nice TV.
Stained couch and draw on TV stand would not stay closed.
Leaving
Nothing the hotel was filthy rooms as well and staff was horrible
Paid for hotel and booked over the phone and said i had a dog it was $155 total. That’s fine right. I show up- now i have to pay another $100 for a deposit that was not disclosed online OR over the phone. Then they say we didn’t know you had a dog so there’s another $20. We’ll see if I even get deposit that back. All for a whopping total of $275 for one night for a place that shouldn’t be more than $60
They gave me keys to an already booked room so i bust into this poor lady’s room and probably scared the life out of her. Had to get a new room which took FAR longer than it should have. And the front desk guy had the audacity to ask her if her belongings were already in the room like he was going to make her switch rooms?
There are burn holes in the sheets and you can tell the place isn’t necessarily clean. But after driving 13 hours and being way over charged and walking into some lady’s room, i just want to sleep. Turns out there is a coin op washer and dryer in the hall that is very loud running all night. Didn’t sleep. I really should have read deeper into reviews and if you have read all this i hope you’ll reconsider and just go somewhere else. it’s not worth it at all
Enjoyed our stay at Souix Falls. Room was clean, beds very comfortable and BKF good. The attendants were very friendly.
When I booked the room never knew there was a deposit for it. I wasn't explaining and it took almost two weeks to get my deposit back. But overall, I like the room. This staff was very helpful. I'm enjoying my stay.

Na
There were multiple old stains visible on the bedding.
The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet all night.
We picked this location mainly due to having a pool. We walked in with goggles, inflatables and pool toys, but unfortunately no one said a word to us about the pool being closed. We got all ready and headed down to find a sign. The first room we had the fridge door wouldn't close causing it to over work and be very hot. We notified the staff and we're moved with no issue. The furniture could use some love, but I wasn't expecting perfection.
Close to the interstate
It was falling apart! Paint coming off the walls in the bathroom, shower, curtain rod, falling down, stand under the TV was falling apart, a drawer wouldn’t close on the nightstand, and the lights out in the parking lot shine in your window, where you can’t freaking get any sleep! I walk in and there’s an employee laying on the couch in the lobby that was a real great impression right off the bat! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life!!!
