The staff

Cons:

When I got to my room, it was a dirty rag by the phone which was right next to the bed. I turned the shower on and I seen hair in it. I didn't know they was having something at the hotel, it was a lot of people standing outside and the music was loud

Pros:

Very Clean and Good Energy.

Cons:

Breakfast service was a waste of money, the service provided was not good. I went to breakfast at 8am and was told i can only get what was left, a hard bagel and water. I paid for breakfast for 3 adults for 3 days. Not Good

Property is clean, we like the location and our room was very large.

It was okay. Staff is very unconcerned.
Cons:

Better housekeeping service, they did not come every day so bed was not changed and the towels were not changed.

At this point, I’d rather not deal with the on site staff, they all seem disorganized.

I want this place a little more popular but i I also want to gate keep
Pros:

It was close to a plaza, a dinner, and a spot with a great view. The staff were attentive and responsive to every question/request

Cons:

I think they go DEFINITELY need to check the towels better before placing them in the rooms (or girders should ask for fresh ones at check in). There was some hair not belonging to me in one of them. The kitchen was out of jalapeños and cheese cake. No biggie though
