Never ever stay here or book with booking.com
Pros:

Nothing. Told there was a pool to which is the reason I stayed and booked here and then they said can’t use the pool because we are cleaning it. Which again I understand it needs to be cleaned but why not before hours?? Pool was to open at 9am and at 10am the cleaning hadn’t begun and we had to leave for a baseball tournament at 11. 1030 went down and they still hadn’t started cleaning. Never was able to use the pool the entire reason why I stayed here for my daughter to swim. Was given an attitude by the ghetto staff that worked there.

Cons:

Everything. Staff had terrible attitudes. They didn’t accommodate to a single need.

Just okay. I would not return.
Pros:

The staff at the front desk was outstanding!

Cons:

Furnishings were worn. Everywhere!
Couch in our room was soooo low you had to put one cushion on top of the other to be comfortable.
Bathroom was a strange shape so that closing the door was awkward.

The stay was disappointing due to poor housekeeping, unavailable towels, and limited food options.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. There were no real breakfast or café amenities at the hotel, and despite staying for several days, our room was not properly cleaned. We were told that housekeeping would clean the room on the third day of our stay, but the room remained dirty.

Even more frustrating, when we asked the staff for fresh towels, we were told that they did not have any available. For a hotel stay of several days, basic housekeeping and clean towels should be expected.

There were also very limited food options at the hotel. Thankfully, there was a Panera Bread and Starbucks nearby; otherwise, there would have been virtually nothing convenient to eat.

Overall, the lack of housekeeping, fresh towels, and basic food amenities made the stay far less comfortable than expected.
