It was okay. Staff is very unconcerned.
Cons:

Better housekeeping service, they did not come every day so bed was not changed and the towels were not changed.

At this point, I’d rather not deal with the on site staff, they all seem disorganized.

I want this place a little more popular but i I also want to gate keep
Pros:

It was close to a plaza, a dinner, and a spot with a great view. The staff were attentive and responsive to every question/request

Cons:

I think they go DEFINITELY need to check the towels better before placing them in the rooms (or girders should ask for fresh ones at check in). There was some hair not belonging to me in one of them. The kitchen was out of jalapeños and cheese cake. No biggie though

Cons:

Clean the room better. We found half a bagel between the nook and foot stool. There was also excess food under the lounger and at the back of the bed. I was told housekeeping would be up the next day to clean the room and no one showed.

We made the best of our trip but the service was not its best.
Pros:

It was close to the expressway, shopping and where my son lives.

Cons:

There was one tissue in the box when we arrived. We were there five nights and the room was not clean!! We ran out of body wash on Sunday and it was not refilled. This is our third year staying here and we never had any problems before.

Decent place, just a bit strange that no one knew any places to visit.
Pros:

We did not have breakfast because the restaurant closed at 10AM. We could not even get hot water when the restaurant was closed.

Cons:

I staff could not recommend places to visit because they did not live in the area.
