We stayed an extra night it was so relaxing.
Pros:

The staff was great, the location was exceptional and the facility was clean and up-to-date. Beautiful. The beds were wonderful. Everything about it was exceptional and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Our dogs loved it, too. Plus they have a laundry onsite for the guests that’s free.

Cons:

Nothing.

Cons:

Dirty room—blood on the bathroom door handle. Bathroom floor not mopped. Cigarettes dumped into inside trash can and not removed so the entire place smelled like an ashtray.

Overall our stay was very good.
Pros:

The size of the room was good for someone using a power wheelchair.

Cons:

I was hoping for breakfast to be included. There wasn’t a safer way to exit the parking lot to get to the highway, that didn’t include going through another business’s parking lot.

It was better than expected!
Pros:

There were games, books, extra pots and pans, crock pots you could use if you needed. That was pretty great. There was a pool table and another table game in the lobby. They had long half circle couches that I thought were really fun. The pool was heated and clean.

Cons:

There could have been another mirror in the bedroom or living room. The lighting in the bathroom could have been a bit brighter for applying makeup.

Staff was super friendly, we liked the pool table in the lobby, room was very nice with a great location.

Very Clean Facility with a warm and inviting staff.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and very curious. Their customer service skills were on point. All shifts were Amazing I even had the opportunity to speak with the overnight gentleman on duty he was very friendly. This property is also pet friendly and they have a nice area for my fur baby.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was there was only one way in and one way out. If you needed to go anywhere you could only turn right so if you needed to get back to the interstate or anything else that direction you have to go down and make a u-turn. That would not stop me from staying at this facility again.
