Better than hoped month long home away from home
Pros:

Rooms were clean, spacious, and kitchen was adequately stocked. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The location is good in proximity to interstate, easy access to downtown Franklin, Cool Springs shopping/food areas, and several grocery/restaurants/stores near hotel.

Cons:

Close to a hospital so you hear occasional emergency traffic sirens. Entry is only from the East and Exit is only to the West because of location on Hwy 96, but there are U-turn allowed intersections nearby to accommodate for this slight inconvenience. The hotel is worth putting up this traffic issue.

Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful and nice from the very first greeting. The room and amenities in the room were great and enhanced our stay. Most importantly your staff was extraordinary kind to our pets and your pet walk facility was the best I’ve encountered in all my travels!!

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was coming back from Kroger’s or anywhere in that direction there was no place to turn left into the parking lot. Had to go up a couple lights so I could make a u turn.

We stayed an extra night it was so relaxing.
Pros:

The staff was great, the location was exceptional and the facility was clean and up-to-date. Beautiful. The beds were wonderful. Everything about it was exceptional and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Our dogs loved it, too. Plus they have a laundry onsite for the guests that’s free.

Cons:
