Easy to find in a great location, with several places to eat within walking distance. The staff was great and I was in contact with them several times and never had a poor experience.
Great hotel room, very clean
Location wasn't that great
Room was great....loved the recliner in the suite and it was filled with amenities. Comfortable bed... clean, quiet hotel with excellent front desk lady named Jackie. She was friendly and fun and recommended the sandwich shop next door, and it was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again when in the area, and hopefully Jackie will be on duty again.

I liked that the kitchenette was well stocked w dishes and utensils.
Needed to be cleaned more. Hallways were dirty and room could use shampooing of carpet and furniture.

There was no breakfast and that was very disappointing. The front desk clerk that checked us in was fantastic. The facility was maxed out with travel sports teams and large families and she put us in a room that would have the least amount of impact from the noise and for that we were extremely grateful.
No breakfast served. For the price charged, there were zero perks. Price was inflated.
The hospitality at this hotel is what stands out. Everyone we interacted with from the front desk staff and cleaning staff were exceptional. They were all actively going out of their way to make our stay as good as possible. Hotel is clean and in a good location.

The staff is top-tier, and I want to give a special shoutout to the Manager, Ina. She was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant. Her professional yet warm attitude really makes this place feel like a home away from home. She is the BIGGEST reason I will be staying at Candlewood for the next 8 weeks until my work assignment is up."
