Good hotel. Excellent staff on reception
Pros:

It was a late booking to stay on the way home from Plymouth. The hotel is lovely. The staff were exceptional with our booking due to booking dot com not sending through the confirmation til 3 hours after we booked in. The restaurant food was really nice we had the lansage and chicken burger and there were big portions. The room was just enough for us it had everything we needed. We were on the 4th floor and found the corridors and room quiet at night. The check out time was 12, but we left just 10am. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast and was just enough various cereal and cooked options. All in all a really nice hotel and we would stop here again.

Cons:

The only thing I found was the coffee marker in the restaurant area, which we used wasn't hot it was aired. The room heating panel took a while to work to achieve the room to be a warmer teptember also had very little phone signal. I really enjoyed the quietness of no calls, but I see to others it could be off-putting. Calls on WiFi works were or Internet.

Pros:

Bathroom was good. Bedroom decor was mostly nice. Chair was comfortable.

Cons:

The carpet was badly stained and the telephone didn't work. Internet connection was difficult. The information given on check-in didn't work. Had to sign up to a loyalty programme to get any internet. No mobile phone signal at the hotel.

Worth the money.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed,great size room,24hours bar and friendly staff.

Cons:

Couldn’t join to the wifi but it is not major issue.
Paying for parking not great.

Pros:

Room was clean and bed comfortable stayed three nights.

Cons:

Breakfast was dire cheap cereals no eggs scrambled egg was powdered no fruit.
This is terrible when you compare it to others there was not a happy face among breakfast goers

Very good place to stay but wouldn’t pay for the breakfast layout and choice given. Three times I’ve stayed and no fruit

A brilliant stopover to break our journey.
Pros:

The bedroom and bathroom were exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good - we enjoyed the fruits of the forest with granola followed by bacon, egg, beans, toast etc. The staff were extremely helpful. We had forgotten our mobile phone charger and really needed to use our phones, so the reception staff found us a charger to borrow, which was brilliant.

Cons:

The overnight car parking charge of £9 seemed excessive.
