A Clean, Comfortable, and Welcoming Stay
Pros:

After reading the recent negative reviews, we were a bit unsure — but our experience was very positive. The check-in was extremely friendly, the location is great, and not only the room but the entire property was very clean. Everything we needed was provided. There is coffee available, vending machines, and even washing machines and dryers. We were pleasantly surprised and would happily stay here again.

What can you say other than it was conveniently cheap but crap, heat didn't work.

Cons:

Roaches and very dirty linen, check the beds thoroughly if you stay here. And I mean mattress and liners if you know what I mean

Just needed a place 2 stay overnight due domestic violence situation and given room 231 at end of corridor right next to accessible exterior stairway from dark parking lot... realy needed rest from PTSD situation and could hear accessible units all night and had no tv...called desk and told her about and she stated i asked 4 this room????? When I checked in it was a male and told him I live down street and my circumstances was afraid.....shook up...while driving in approached by 2 guys soliciting me....I stayed another time and very nice room and felt so scared n sick in the room....

Me and my husband left and slept in our car.
Pros:

Nothing they are thieves especially the lady in office we got to the room only stayed 5 seconds to look at the room it was dirty white linen on bed had cigarette holes little black bugs and roaches around the microwave I didn’t stay long enough to see restroom I went back to office to tell her and to ask for my money back and she kept $126.00 didn’t refund me my money I told her I have asthma there was no way I was staying there and she refused to give me my money back I will soon see them in court especially due to my health never ever book here they are rude and thieves homeless in the parking lot drug dealers the rooms don’t look like nothing on website they are nasty.
