Дуже гучно, бо немає ніякої звукоізоляції між номерами та стійкою ресепшн, наприклад
Виїжджала рано. Сніданок і не був передбачений. В номері багато всього, що було би доречним на більший термін. Я там лише переночувала. Нікого з персоналу, крім менеджера на ресепшені, не бачила
Не сподобалося відсутність ліфта, вікна в номері. А ще - зависоке ліжко (індивідуально, звичайно, але з низьким зростом доводилось підстрибувати)

I left the card from the room on a reception area
And wanted to mention one important thing
I don’t know whose fault it was but I had a night visitor in my room
An unknown woman came in with her own card
I believe that’s not how it should work
Always happy when I stay here. Rooms look ljust like the photos. Staff is always kind after long days of travel. Walking distance to good restaurants (fantastic one right across the street), with a great shop for food and wine 1 minute walk away in same complex, coffee shop next door in the morning. Very easy check in and check out. Great communication with hotels staff for late check in and have allowed a late check out when available. Always my first choice in Chisinau if available. Hidden gem.
Refridgerator could be cold in winter. Needed to keep breakfast food refridgerated in winter for bus ride back to Ukraine and did not work.

Уютно, рядом озеро и парк.
Спа в отеле нет, но рядом есть отличный спа-центр, в котором гостям отеля скидка и можно посетить его за 800 лей (вместо 1600). Персонал доброжелательный.
Цена разумная
Большая проблема со слышимостью (жил в номере 1). Если вы хотите отдохнуть днем этот отель не для вас.
Нет включенного завтрака.
В связи с этим, ввиду отсутствия завтрака а спа-комплекс лишь за отдельную цену и с ограничением во времени есть вопрос: почему 5*?

Номер був дуже чистий і охайний, приємний інтер’єр і зручне ліжко. Сподобалося, що було тихо, нічого не заважало відпочинку. У номері є все необхідне: рушники. Персонал привітний і швидко реагує на прохання.
Автостоянка. Спочатку були проблеми з паркуванням машини, але це питання швидко вирішили. А потім не могла виїхати , бо такому ж гостю готелю як я , не було де припаркувати своє авто, тому він перегородив нам виїзд. О 6.00 ранку мені терміново потрібно було їхати, а персоналу ще немає, і всі гості сплять….
