Great breakfast, happy hour, fire pit with comfortable seating. Although on a busy street it was quiet and private. Close to the Getty, just off the highway.

The rooms were well maintained and very clean. The breakfast was small protions but very good. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Super clean, new and I love the bright lighting in the room. We stayed for 3 nights and had a great night. Having water filling station was nice too. The breakfast options were great. We ate at the outside seatings every morning. Delicious croissant. Would definitely come back again.

Really lovely stay, and the people running the desk were so helpful and kind! I had requested a ground floor room bc I expected to have a lot of bags, and the person at the desk had saved me the parking spot closest to the gate with his own car!
The room was well thought out, very comfortable. We enjoyed the water pitcher and glasses.
Breakfast was charming and delicious - our favorites were the yogurt and granola and croissants. Would definitely stay there again!

Good points - rooms are nice, breakfast is good. You feel secure. Nice vibe, fire pit is great and there is a nice restaurant you can walk up to called the "tuson son".

Bad points - if you come off the freeway it's a bit unsavoury, go with it - it gets better near the hotel and then beyond. No lift but staff will take cases up if required. Minor points, don't let that put you off.

Overall - 100% would stay here again, does what it says on the tin. It's a great concept! Well done Olivia!!

Cutest hotel I’ve stayed at in a while. The room was so cozy, the inner courtyard was absolutely beautiful, the Olivia Cafe was the perfect breakfast stop before a busy day. We especially loved the nightly fire pit with the chilly California night. I couldn’t recommend more.

The hotel is in a prime location. The room was clean but if you are a light sleeper room 231 is not for you. Too close to the road. Breakfast is good with simple choices and included in the room rate. Also it has a lovely terrace. I will go back but in a room away from Santa Monica.

Beautiful and modern.

Front desk and restaurant staff are all welcoming and helpful. Loved the fresh fruit parfait and coffee at breakfast. Mattress was soft and my family was fine with it. All in all, a great stay.

Pleasant stay with helpful staff. Very quiet even with busy traffic on Wilshire (night time). Highly recommend the Tuscan Sun down the street, incredible Bakery items, world class.

Excellent service from all staff, nicely renovated and well-appointed rooms, lovely breakfast served tableside with actual stoneware and flatware (not disposable). The dining patio is charming, but some shrubbery along the street side would go a long way toward reducing the traffic noise.

Staff! Clean, well-planned room. Breakfast is very good and it's pet-friendly.

Extremely noisy, very loud Street noise I don't know if they had single pane windows or what but I can barely sleep also it was $30 for parking which is ridiculous when you're paying already over $200 for the room
