Very disappointing. Avoid at all costs!

* Most of the hotel’s advertised facilities, including the fitness center, swimming pool, and karaoke, were completely closed during our stay.

* We had to change rooms because the shower was faulty: water leaked onto the bathroom floor and the handheld shower was broken (No one checking the hotel befor guset arrival)) Finding a replacement room took a long time and involved a lot of unnecessary discussion. The alternative they offered had 3 signle beds, and when we explained that we had booked a double room, they kept insisting that the room was larger, which was not a valid solution for us. What is the advantages a of biger room with wrong options?
The receptionist tried to be helpful, but the hotel manager, who was sitting right next to them, didn’t say a single word and showed a very unprofessional and irresponsible attitude.

* Housekeeping was extremely poor. Every day when we returned to the hotel around 4 pm, the room had still not been cleaned. We had to repeatedly remind the reception to clean it and then wait in the lobby for about 20 minutes each time. Even when we informed them in advance about our return time, it made no difference.

* The restaurant outside the hotel (which belongs to the hotel) was closed for half the day, and even during opening hours, the service was very limited.

Overall:
I would not recommend this hotel at all — in fact, I strongly advise avoiding it. If the booking system allowed it, I would have requested compensation or a partial refund.

Parliament Palace Hotel in Khujand was an excellent stay. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the outdoor patio had a great view overlooking the river and downtown. About 10 minutes after I was in my room, I heard a knock at the door and the staff brought me a tray of various nuts as a welcome gift! The location is ideal and easy walking distance to several good restaurants and relaxing spots if you’d like an adult beverage (Wall Street, etc.).

I want to extend a special thanks to Farhod at the front desk. His English was excellent, and he took his time to explain where to go and what to see. The thing I remember most about Farhod is he always had a genuine smile which made me feel taken care of. The breakfast was complimentary and cooked to order, which was a great bonus. I’d gladly stay here again.

If you want to sleep don't choose this hotel!
There is a karaoke club inside the hotel and we couldn't sleep because of the loud music until 4.00 am
At 5.00 am we changed our room because people leaving the karaoke club were screaming all around.
It was a nightmare!
No heating inside the restaurant. We were frozen during the dinner.
Also heating inside the room didn't work well and it was very cold.

Готов рекомендовать отель тем, кто поедет в Худжанд из знакомых. Я думаю, что вариантов лучше в Худжанде, вероятно, нет
Pros:

Хороший просторный номер, чистый. Завтрак хоть и скромный, но вкусный. В целом, серьезных минусов и недостатков в отеле нет. Отличный трансфер - спасибо большое Хуршеду , что довёз от аэропорта и до аэропорта. За трансфер можно ставить 10/10 однозначно.

Зимой утром холодно в номере, спасает только тёплая одежда/кондиционер на тепло

Обслуживание горничных. Сидят кучкуются в холле, громко все обсуждают. Нечем заняться видно. В номере раковина была грязная, мусор остался от прежних постояльцев. Съехала через сутки, не понравилось.
