Beautiful property and amazing pool. Nice staff at the hotel.
Pool accommodations for hotel guests were not great and very restricted . As a hotel guest you have to reserve the pool the day before .

Cons:

Pool staff at the check in were not accommodating and plane RuDE.

Eine meiner BESTEN erfahrungen in Prishtina !
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und elegant eingerichtet. Alles ist extrem sauber. Das hotel bietet diverse unterhaltung. Spielhalle, Restorants/Bars und indoor+ der ultrabeliebte neue Outdoorpool. Das personal ist 1A. Bravo !!

Cons:

Etwas abgelegen, kann aber vor und nachteile haben ;-)

They changed our room when we asked for another one.

Cons:

The breakfast was just same for 8 days. It could have changed from time to time.

The first room we got had a bathroom that was totally transparent which was creepy. They than changed it with another one but the other rooms bathroom had no lock or anything. The door could be opened just by a small wind.

When it rained, the entrance of the hotel became a small lake.

The size of the room was 312 feet square but they also counted the bathroom so it was smaller than the previous hotel room I booked from Booking.com, which was 270 feet square.

In the facility features, the laundry was free of charge. But when we came to the hotel, they told us that it was extra. The mislead should be corrected I believe
