I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The location is convenient and peaceful. Check-in and check-out process was smooth.

Hopeless hotel
Pros:

Nothing at all
Absolutely digusting.

Cons:

There are lot of things to discuss about.
When we gave our passport and oci as ID the girl on front desk has asked about indian ID.
The receptionist was absolutely illiterate
Secondly most disgusting was room no.302 because you have to pass from the middle of the bar to reach your room.
Third their shower and speed of the tap in was basin was horrible. When I asked this from the plumber,th reply was 'ki itna to chalta hi'
Very overpriced and this hotel is of 1 star standard.

Never recommend to any one.

Boy on the reception was so good in maths that h couldn't calculate 4600 rupees

The Mountain View room was stunning, offering breathtaking views that I thoroughly enjoyed. But what truly stood out was the food at Kaafal Restaurant - outstanding in every way! The quality, presentation, and taste were all top-notch.

I would highly recommend Justa Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. The hospitality, ambiance, and cuisine all make it a must-visit destination.

Very comfortable
Pros:

They gave us an upgrade without asking and were extremely courteous. They even remembered our preferences from our last visit. Abhishek in the Resturant, kuldeep the bell boy and Shalini and the night executive who checked us in ; all made us feel at home.

Cons:

I feel the entry drive in and exit should be different.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful picturesque location. The breakfast was really good and tasty with a big variety of Indian, Chinese and Western selections. We had a great stay and we highly recommend this hotel and restaurant to everyone.
