It will be very nice experience for me if i got what i ordered. They given me the room without view they told like from booking . Com these are the only available options we have .
But the guy their is very nice he arranged me a better room but the balcony was still missing which was a bad for me. I always look for room with balcony but anyways the guy did his job well but you need to work on this

Location is good. Staff is cheerful and helpful. Comfortable rooms. Restaurant is decent and food quality is good.
The room look and feel getting faded, need to keep updated for the price point they are charging. No smart Television set. The room service food charges are too high than restaurant charges. Expect little more care and attention to the Drivers food and accommodation. Can be on chargeable basis.

Yes While booking in the starting the staff member from the front desk denied my booking and said that it is already cancelled whereas i didn't do anything , it might be because of a glitch but booking.com did help me with that as I booked from here. But that Guy was a little rude for some reason.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The location is convenient and peaceful. Check-in and check-out process was smooth.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this property to others. Looking forward to visiting again!

Absolutely digusting.
There are lot of things to discuss about.
When we gave our passport and oci as ID the girl on front desk has asked about indian ID.
The receptionist was absolutely illiterate
Secondly most disgusting was room no.302 because you have to pass from the middle of the bar to reach your room.
Third their shower and speed of the tap in was basin was horrible. When I asked this from the plumber,th reply was 'ki itna to chalta hi'
Very overpriced and this hotel is of 1 star standard.
Never recommend to any one.
Boy on the reception was so good in maths that h couldn't calculate 4600 rupees
