Comfy up to a point, but disappointing with other aspects of the premises.
Pros:

No breakfast was provided. Access to markets, restaurants and other places were okay. Transportation access was okay, too.

Cons:

Other hotels and motels were far away, and not easy to get to. Laundromat facility was disappointing because the place was not clean nor well-maintained. Only one washer and dryer was provided. There should be more washers and dryers available in a place where there are quite a few people staying. Window sills were not clean, and could've been better maintained.

Overpriced and dated
Pros:

Location was close to arena

Cons:

No place to hang up clothes, can hear through walls. I will pay the extra 20 bucks to stay at a nicer place next time

Bed was comfortable enough, and amenities inside were all right.

Cons:

The bathroom area wasn't clean enough. The window sill had dirt left on it, and flies were left by the window without being picked up. The bathroom also felt cramped and confined without much room to maneuver where one bumped against an object like the wall or other things. The closet could have had more space where one could hang things as well as a cot in which to place baggage or clothes.

Will stay here again next year!
Pros:

We came to watch the silvertips. Less than a 5 min walk to the stadium. Decent bar and grill within a 5 min walk
Vintage café excellent breakfast, 3 min drive

The location - close to downtown.

Cons:

The location - right next to Broadway, you hear loud cars all night, especially if there is some bigger event at the weekend.
Also, the motel is quite outdated, but that was expected for this price.

Pros:

Only stayed here because it was a block from the arena, other than that I was pretty underwhelmed.

Cons:

Squeaky beds, squeaky/uneven floors, extremely small bathroom, lack of outlets, old caulking exposed, very dated. For $172 a night, i suppose I expected too much. Definitely NOT a Wyndham hotel, just an expensive Travelodge with a great location. Getting into the very small parking lot was also a NIGHTMARE

Location and noise ruined my experience at night.
Pros:

That the hotel is walking distance to food and the arena.

Cons:

Location. My room was right next to the busy street. I could hear my neighbors making loud noises like banging furniture next door late in the night and then I smelled weed. I can hear the check in desk below when there is a phone call or chatting during the night. Bathroom shower is a little dark to see inside.
