Bathroom would benefit from more thorough cleaning and maintenance. There was visible grime between the bathroom tiles, a noticeable musty smell in the rooms, and water tends to pool around the drain, suggesting drainage issues.

The stay was good and the hotel is clean and well maintained.
Pros:

The price was reasonable. The staff were friendly enough but at check-in I felt like it was a burden on them to be serving me. I liked the 24/7 access.

Cons:

The entry to parking was so narrow I had to back up and adjust the angle at times in order to get around corners. I realise it's the way the building was designed. However, it will influence future choices of accommodation in the area.

Also, the lack of access to a powerpoint next to the bed could be improved.

Pros:

Good location, lots of coffee shops, bars, restaurants, public transport nearby. Friendly staff, easy check in check out, very clean, comfortable matress, cool design.

Cons:

I was 'upgraded' to 1 bdrm apt from queen room. The room had basically 0 natural light like living in a coffin. One window was fake with a concrete wall directly behind it. The second window was facing interior courtyard that also gets basically 0 light. I didnt realize until day 2 or would have demanded a change. Bathroom has useless tiny glass shower curtain that lets most of the water splash out.
