Excellent hôtel !

Fantastic staff and facilities. We went there with bikes and the garage area and wash was brilliant with cleaning products and tools available. Hotel and Spa were lovely and breakfast was great each day. Ate in the restaurant twice and the food was very good both times.

From start to finish the staff, service, facilities and food was excellent.
The bike garage and associated facilities were the best we’ve come across anywhere.
100% recommend.

I misplaced a ring in my hotel room. I spoke to someone who was meant to respond when it was found via what's app but never heard back.any help is appreciated.

This place is faultless. Facilities in and out of rooms really have been fully thought through and implemented impeccably. Staff are friendly, helpful and very professional and but maintain a relaxed approach. Mtb storage and maintenance facilities superb. Will look no where else in future for stays in Morzine.

Amazing Hotel in tyhe centre of Morzine just a 20min walk from lifts (or a Hotel bus that will take you to whichever lift you like). Friendly & helpful staff, great spa, 10/10.

Me and my 9 yr old son had an excellent stay. We loved the room, facilities, breakfast, games and the view from our balcony. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would love to return next year for end of season skiiing.

My new favourite hotel. Fantastic service, relaxed atmosphere, high quality accommodation and an excellent restaurant. Simply perfect. Great for skiers - Super Morzine lift 4 mins walk or a bus stop (10 minute frequency to Prodains) directly outside hotel.

I was a returning guest to this hotel (after a brief stay last March. From the moment you arrive, the experience is excellent from start to finish. Very friendly staff, gorgeous rooms, superb breakfast and lovely sitting area. It’s also all super smart.
