The room was smelly and it felt sketchy. I asked for a refund within 10 min.
Cleanliness, smell. Overall, the worst hotel I’ve booked. We could not stay there. Waiting for my refund.

Absolutely nothing. Beyond a horrible experience.
If i could give this place a 0 or a negative, I would. We need a refund from travelodge. Noone is getting back to us. There was police at the hotel due to lack of control of guests. No management skills whatsoever. I also have an email we already sent to customer if you need me to forward it to you.
The location was okay
The bed was old and loud and worn out. It sounded like metal against metal with small movements and it was hard to sleep as we rolled into the centre because the bed was so caved in. The air con was too loud to use and the general noise transfer was terrible. The couch was stained and sticky and one lamp was falling apart

Air conditioning was not working the best and staff forgot to make up our room the first day.
Great Location, easy to get to everywhere we needed to.
Requested a ground level room, were told we had a ground level room. Arrived & we did not. Asked if we could switch to a ground floor room & was told no because we are "not disabled". Meanwhile we were never asked if we even had any ailments preventing us from being able to carry our luggage up & down the stairs. The reason we requested a ground floor room was because I have POTS which can cause me to pass out when exerting myself and my friend has severe scoliosis.
Staff were less than accommodating and could not be bothered to assist us at all.
The location is why we booked it and I have to say that you could not hear people in other rooms, which was nice
The fact that they have no updated media on the TV or so that other people can use their own entertainment on that TV the TV is sold. You can’t also the check-in checkout policy even if you’re staying for more than one night is a joke and they charge your card $100 extra each time.
Good location, good price
No grab bars in the shower. At 79 years old, this made me very nervous in the shower with nothing to hold on to if necessary.

The outdoor pool was a great feature. I also liked that our ground floor room had parking right outside for us.
Our bathroom door didn’t shut. The door needs to be re-adjusted. It was a slow wait for check-in due to a line up. Got noisy at night outside our room.
We were charged an extremely expensive amount for two rooms $1,500.00, due to the stampede in town. Did not appreciate the price gouging.
