Wouldn’t stay here twice

Everything was filthy. Grime and mold in the bathroom. Something brown and sticky running down the bathroom door. Bed was worn out on one side and you couldn’t stay to one side of the bed. Floor was dirty, couldn’t manage the heat in the room and not sound proof at all. Woke up multiple times a night because of doors slamming , people talking etc.

Been here once before and it was okay, but now it’s not even okay anymore, too filthy.
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

Not very clean, sheets had hair all over, couch had dog hair, found a dog collar beside the couch. The bath drain was functioning my husband had to fix it because we had just changed room due to dirty sheets. It was just horrible.

Pros:

Location was where we wanted to go for dinner.

Cons:

Wouldn't let us stay with 3 kids as it was only 4 people per room regardless of age. Had to cancle and book at a different hotel

Cons:

The receptionist was very rude. Making fun of the fact we did not have a credit card to pay for the deposit. Even though we paid for the room already.
Ignorant and very unprofessional of her. I let management know of this but I'm not sure if anything was done about it.
The receptionist was calling her friends while at work, another thing that shouldn't be happening.
My spouse and I were very very disappointed and hurt by her very rude and unprofessional attitude toward us.

Cheap, and there's a reason.
Pros:

Staff was courteous. Breakfast was decent. Room has a microwave and fridge.

Cons:

Room was run down, noisy due to it's proximity to a main road, and too bright from outdoor lights. Shower was grungy. The entire hotel needs a renovation and updates.
