Nice hotel, located close to the Caspian Sea promenade, lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Reception staff is really kind.
Please fix room key and cashbox.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I suggest it to everyone, The rooms are very clean and staff is very kindly. Location is so suitable to reach center quickly by foot.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the reception was available around the clock. The room was clean. The location is perfect — close to the city center, with easy access to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transport.

I went with my family and it was very good near to the malls so we were able the explore the city in night and all the rooms were clean and the breakfast was also good the front staff paxi was also really helpful and friendly the front reception staff

you choose their hotel out of so many hotels and give them your money and she shouts at the guest becouse of the room cards with a wired face like its your first time coming to a hotel.... telling you with a loud voice that have to give me the room card before replacing the luggage .... so so disrespectfull .... and she insulted me saying i need to see the doctor and I am psycho .
And she lied that she was the manager and did not let me talk to the manager about her rude behavior 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I will never ever go to this hotel again ... and do not recommend it to any bodyyyy

Family hotel close to Government House. This place is large rooms in the backyard of housing blocks. Staff is attentive snd helpful, there is a family atmosphere. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and super clean. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with warm and cold food, a bit of Mixture between Turkish and Russian breakfast.

I really liked the room, it was spacious and I liked the design. The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from Port Baku shopping center. The prices are really affordable and the quality is excellent. Thank you

I really liked this hotel. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is incredible. The service was excellent. Definitely would recommend it for this price. Especially for the location.

I really loved my experience at this place! First of all, the location is amazing, it is in the centre of the city. For this location, the prices are very low. It's close to the “Port Baku Mall” we walked there almost every day. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are tidy and organised. I really recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay at in Baku. I am definitely coming back in summer! Here only!

As part of our delegation we stayed at this hotel, the staff is very nice and friendly, always helpful to answer any questions we had. The place is very clean and beautiful. The room are very comfortable and cozy.

I have Booked this hotel during my stay in Baku . If you are a traveller , then you will feel how much unprofessional they are .!!!!
No one came to take our luggages., no active room service , if you asked something from reception over intercom phone , they will tell you to come down !!!!!!!!

Haha, it’s a super crazy moment , early in the morning you will see some WWF episode between the waiter and the chef (a lady ).
I just left the hotel even my money was with them .

So if you want to make your holiday a messy one you may book this hotel .

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DON`T WANT TO SPOIL YOUR HOLIDAYS!!
Very unprofessional and rude staff - they attracted with low fee initially and took a deposit - later on during actual check in they stated that fee was calculated wrongly and demanded extra payment!! When I tried to argue that this is wrong, hotel manager Nigar started being rude and hung up the phone (she admitted that this was her mistake, but for some reason was sure that customer should be paying for her mistake).

We took a room of triplet. The room was very nice and wide.
Room service was excellent, they cleaned the room and changed the sheets every day.
The staff was also nice, spoke English very well and were very helpful and welcoming.
The site of the hotel is excellent, very close to the sea and the center.
The breakfast though is very modest, and not much of a choice.
