Clarion Pointe Forsyth I-75

The room was clean and well keep but no soap in bathroom. Its pretty dark back where hotel is and I didnt realize room had outside door or I would not have booked it.

Secluded away from all the traffic

Staff was friendly. But, room smelled. Loud due to area and vehicles. Bed was comfortable, but it creaked everytime you moved. Overall rate a 1, not somewhere we would stay again.

It doesn’t look anything like the pictures shown. Very disappointing.

The bed was comfortable and no bugs.
The pool was out of order and overgrown, weeds were getting out of control outside. The shower floor was patched unprofessionally and painted ( paint was peeling); towel racks were rusty; there was a line of fuzz and dirt around the room at the baseboard.

Walls and ceiling had smear marks across them. I dont know from what. Dead bugs on the bed and in the bathroom. Bugs were able to come in through the door frame because the door did not fit tight in the frame.

The internet wouldn’t work which I really needed for I had work that needed to be done and I could use my phone because service was awful. They really should work on the updating there internet though because it didn’t work at all the whole 3 days we were there

The rooms aren’t clean enough, floors are filthy just nasty! Other than that it’s okay for 1 night!

Staff not very friendly, breakfast was so/so and rooms were out dated and not cleaned the best. Would not recommend.

The front desk staff were wonderful!!! We had a motorcycle break down and they were so accommodating to let us have a late checkout. We would definitely stay again!!

We chose Clarion based on Choice Hotel reputation. It is a very poor run down site. We were extremely disappointed. The first room had water on floor and rusty shower pan. The second room's tub was pitted and looked like mold had been in it. Neither of us showered because of the poor condition of the tub. The breakfast bar only had water and coffee to drink. The food didn't look fresh. The hotel entrance had a broken front door, the snack case was empty, and drink refrigerator was empty. There was a sign saying to not operate the waffle maker and micro at the same time.

No frills, clean room. We needed a place to stay on our travels south, this hotel did not disappoint. Pleased with our room.

Need money back water was brown couldn’t use water

Very nasty. Couldn’t even brush your teeth or shower the water was brown. The bed and walls was nasty very unpleasant.

Very large room and comfy. Check in was easy, friendly and informative. Room was clean. Bed was great! Property is near train trqcks and I did hear trains through the night but it wasn’t disturbing. TV lost signal during strong thunderstorm (right overhead and LOUD!) but not for long.

Pet friendly and there’s a nice trail behind the parking lot.

The property overall was in poor condition. The outside was dirty as well as the outside hallways. The paint was peeling on the outside floors and the debris in the hallways was terrible. The young lady at the counter was very nice and The room was clean and comfortable. I understand this is an old property but it could be much cleaner and attention to detail goes a long way!

The room wasn’t very clean. Stains on comforter and sheets. Air conditioner was loud and smelled of mold. The water from faucet and bathtub was brown!!! We couldn’t shower or wash our face or brush our teeth with the water

Dirty bathroom had hair in tub dirt on walls ,in all cleanliness was horrible!
